Very bad experience. I had booked a room for two nights, but upon arrival I was told the system had automatically cancelled my booking. They gave me a room in another hotel instead, which was smaller and worse, yet still charged me the original price.

Location is moderate. The room cleanliness can be further improved especially the washroom. No chair is provided and the table is too small.

Room is ok but a bit pricey for a room without window and only 12sq.m. A bit dusty at kettle area. Overall staying ok, just for 1 night…

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The internet connection was reliable and fast, which was a big plus. I had requested an early check-in, and although there was a small additional charge, the hotel accommodated my request without any hassle. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would consider staying here again.
