Love the location, it’s close to the Central I-City Mall, and the city walk is amazing. Room’s clean, great running hot water. There’s a fridge, stove top, sink, microwave and washing machine. There’s one tv in the main bedroom and one in the living room. There’s also air conditioning. You can enjoy amenities like the gym, swimming pool and playground. You can get snacks and salads at the Koffee cafe in the DoubleTree hotel lobby downstairs. Wifi is also fast. Both rooms have wardrobes and they do provide you with hangers. There are utensils in the kitchen for you to use. The downside is the service is lacking. They ask for your number to send instructions but I never got any. I called several times but they didn’t answer. I had to ask my husband to spam call them and it took a while before they even answered. The guards barely understood my questions and weren’t helpful. The parking path was a bit hidden and there were barely any signs so I kept going in circles and had to make several u turns because I couldn’t find the parking anywhere. Tried to ask the guards and they pointed all over the place and I was super confused. Finding the designated parking space was another issue. Tho they did provide video reference, it was still a hassle. To enter the parking we had to download an app for QR scans to get to the parking . Had to pay extra RM20 per day for parking. From the parking to the elevator then finding the door for the residence was a marathon to say the least. I consider the parking to the residence lobby far. If you’re with kids, I recommend bringing a wagon or a stroller to help with bags and children since it’s a long walk. Another problem is there were no places to hang wet clothes nor were there any dryers. Had to go across the road to the i city park buildings to find a self-service laundry place. There’s a ton of pros but the cons had me regret choosing a homestay rather than a hotel

The cleanliness, facilities, mall, and food are all very nice. However, I noticed a serious safety issue with the apartment dining chairs. Some of the chairs are broken and in an unsafe condition, which could potentially cause serious or even fatal injuries. I sincerely hope the relevant stakeholders will take immediate action to inspect and replace the damaged chairs to ensure the safety of all guests and occupants.

It's my third visit to The Saujana KL and we really love the surroundings with all the greenery. First time stay in the executive block and the view was great compare with club room with pool view & lake view. The only down part might be the bathtub which I think it could be improve on the cleanliness but we will definitely back for weekend getaway. 

I had a really pleasant and enjoyable stay at De Palma Hotel Shah Alam. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience from the moment I arrived until check-out. The hotel is located in a convenient area in Shah Alam, making it easy to access nearby restaurants, shops and other places of interest. The location was one of the things I liked most because it was convenient for both travelling around and getting food. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the room had enough space for me to relax after a long day. The facilities provided were also sufficient for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a nice place to relax and spend some time with family and friends. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were responsive whenever assistance was needed. I really appreciate the hospitality and the effort from the hotel team in making the stay comfortable. The overall environment of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. I also found the hotel suitable for both business trips and family stays. The atmosphere was comfortable, and there were enough facilities to make the stay convenient. In terms of value for money, I would say the hotel is a good choice for those looking for a comfortable stay in Shah Alam without spending too much. There are always areas that can be improved, but overall, my experience was positive and enjoyable. Thank you to the team at De Palma Hotel Shah Alam for the good service and hospitality. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again when I visit Shah Alam in the future. Recommended!

I just ove this hotel! The cleanliness, the ambience, the lobby were cosy and calming. For economic rate, The bedroom is spacious enough, lying in nice bed with side table and powerpoint feels like home. Surprisingly, they also have desk with ergonomic chair. Wifi, smart tv were good and updated. The best part i love here most is the bathroom with good hot shower!! It’s 10/10.

Excellent Stay at Trefoil Apartments: Clean, Convenient & Great Hospitality! Trefoil Apartments hit the jackpot with their location! Being right next to Setia City Mall is an incredible advantage. Whether you need groceries, dining options, retail therapy, or just a cool place to escape the heat, everything is literally steps away. Cleanliness & Condition: The apartment itself was a real highlight – exceptionally clean and very neat. It's clear the host takes great pride in maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, well-organized, and properly cared for. The host deserves special praise for being friendly, helpful, and responsive. From clear check-in instructions to being available for any questions during our stay, the service was top-notch. They genuinely seemed to care that we had a good experience, which added a lovely personal touch. Combining the spotless apartment, the unbeatable convenience of the mall location, and the warm hospitality of the host, our stay at Trefoil Apartments was excellent. It provided the perfect base for exploring Setia Alam or just enjoying a comfortable getaway. Who should stay here? Families or groups wanting space and convenience. Shoppers and foodies who love having amenities on their doorstep. Business travelers needing a clean, comfortable base. Anyone who prioritizes cleanliness and friendly service. In short: Trefoil Apartments offers a fantastic blend of comfort, cleanliness, and unbeatable location next to Setia City Mall, all enhanced by a genuinely helpful host. Highly recommended for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay in Setia Alam! We would definitely return.Not to forget the laundromat and coffee shop downstairs and zayns burgers at the back entrance makes a good latenite snack.

The room was clean, comfortable, and appeared to be newly opened. The location is excellent, being right next to i-City Theme Park and i-City Mall, making it very convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. However, the check-in experience was disappointing. The management had not prepared the access QR code before our arrival, resulting in a long delay before we could enter the room. We had to go through several rounds of WhatsApp messages before the issue was resolved, and no phone number was provided for urgent communication. In addition, the QR code for elevator access was only provided around noon on the following day. Parking was also inconvenient, as guests need to use their own Touch 'n Go card to enter and exit the parking area. For our 2-night stay, the parking charges amounted to approximately RM65. Although the homestay reimbursed the parking fees after check-out, guests should ensure their Touch 'n Go card has sufficient balance beforehand. Overall, while the room quality and location were great, the access code issues and parking arrangement made the stay less enjoyable. There is definitely room for improvement in the management and check-in process.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

The facilities is great upon the pervious review, they have improve so much. Love to stay here for short vacation with the friends. They provide a lot of things as well. So far, even im bit fussy. Their service was very friendly. Surely recommend to everyone👌🏻
