Booked on ******* and upon reaching the hotel around 9pm the checkin was refused.
Made us to pay cash double the amount with a new reservation. Hotel says reservation not confirmed but my card charged. Also no response to ******* by hotel for enquiry.
It’s a scam hotel .

The hotel guys refused my entry into the hotel even I had confirmed booking. They denied my entry by saying that rooms were filled and can’t provide the available rooms for the amount booked through *******.
I forced to pay double amount of Rs. 1500 as I didn’t have options due to my luggage and family.
I tried to contact the Oyo numbe r provided in the confirmation page, but no one responded. The hotel environment was so worst even they couldn’t provide a bottle of water as a curtesy for booking people. I personally did the payment, where my booking was denied by the hotel administrators. It seems like a local lodge rather the pictures shown online.
It was really a damn bad experience in my entire life to opt and chose the hotel through your services.
