Hotel close to airport but in an area with active construction. ok for a night stay if connecting flights.

Pick up by hotel on paid basis, the food quality was good a reasonable rate. Reception was looking savvy but the room was clean the towel provided by the hotel should be improved.

The room was free of mosquitoes, which was good. Property has not been maintained properly for long. Bed spread, pillow, watter kettle(rusted) toilet nit clean, wifi not available inside the room. Etc. Needs to be replaced as most of it is in damaged, unclean condition. Mmt's billing is not transparent as well! there was an extra amount added at the billing stage without letting me know. Rs. 2100 is not worth it for this.

Bed sheet, pillow covers were dirty. Washroom was not at all cleaned. The toilet was used and had stains all over it. Hotel lobby was suffocating, they have kept no space for ventilation. Elevator fan was also non functional. Food was ok. Overall hotel lacks cleanliness and maintenance.

The rooms were not maintained properly. There was water seepage on the walls of my room. When i checked in, the hallway was smelling horribly. The room they allotted me was used by someone else. It has used clothes and pan masala packet around. It was in a bad state and i requested to change my room. There was no intercom connection in my room. I had to walk to the reception every-time as they didn’t pick the call on the number provided in mmt. The breakfast was horrible with very limited options. Not worth the money. They should be charging sub 2k for a night.

Everything is well maintained, we had dinner and breakfast which is widely spread with good taste. I observed one thing which is lacking was, the staff of the hotel should welcome when ever they see any of the customer staying in the hotel. This has to be trained. Which i have seen in other places. Other than that everything is good.

The location and food are good but the room housekeeping is very bad, there are bed bugs in the bed, ac not working and even after several time calling they don't repair or change the room

The bathrooms were not clean there were no soaps, toothpaste and toothbrush in the washroom
over all it's not a good experience
