I had an incredible time for my birthday at the drama hotel. The staff friendly the rooms were superb and the atmosphere of the entire place was electric. if you are looking to spend within this price range and stay at somewhere very special this is a definite first choice for you!

the hotel is new and staff are friendly. one of the perks is check out time. but it is no way a 5 star hotel. the room is relatively compact. the most weird and annoying thing is it doesnt have its own gym and swimming pool. it contracted with a 3rd party operator in the building. guests are required to request a day in advance to use both. i almost think that is how they claim to b a 5 star hotel.

We stayed at Atour twice between 10th to 17th of October booking the Executive Room. The reception gave us a free upgrade the second time with a bigger room with balcony. Appreciate the gesture. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is walking distance from The Bund and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Very near to Yu Garden too. Which are the must-visit places for tourists. We were able to walk to these places in a short time. The rooms were clean and the toiletries provided were of high quality. My wife especially loved the jasmine-taste toothpaste. Breakfast was excellent and at a very reasonable price. I really enjoyed the different dishes Chinese or Western. My favourite was the steamed dumplings. Free Night porridge made available between 9.30pm to 11pm was really something special. Although simple but it is a really thoughtful gesture to travellers who may need extra nutrition or filling up of the stomach before retiring for the night. The hotel lobby and lounge felt homely. There is a small library with interesting titles for guests with more time to spare. I found some interesting read. The staff were polite and very friendly. I made a call from Malaysia a few days before my stay and a nice chap Mr Han Chao took the trouble to confirm that my booking was OK calling me back after searching for some time. On the whole it was a very pleasant stay, and I will certainly choose Atour at Fuzhou Road again on our next trip to Shanghai.

Good location near supermarket, subway and various food. Recommend to stay here, very fresh air around the property not to crowded near the hotel have a small grocery store if walk a little bit there are supermarket, restaurants, salon and etc.

Great location, close to the Bund and Nanjin Road. And there is a subway station close by! The staff is very friendly and helpful, we had a perfect stay. I recommend the breakfast, wide choice of local and western options.

I had an amazing three-day stay at ZHotel. It's a perfect place for travelers who want to stay in a heritage building near the Bund. The staff are very kind and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, it's easy to travel to other areas by either uber or public transit.

Parent & Child suite was a perfect layout for our stay. Service is excellent, from front desk to house keeping team. They serve you tea while waiting for cab or even when you are simply doing an enquiry. The restaurant team keeps the place clean and make your breakfast experience enjoyable. They go the extra mile to help resolve your problems. Though the hotel is non-smoking, guests choose to break the rules and the smell was bad on our floor. We shared our discomfort and the reception team immediately found us another room on another floor. The rest of our stay was more pleasant. Small nice touch: complimentary drinks and snacks daily. Complimentary shuttle to Disneyland but a little far from main tourist attractions. Not an issue as the train station is in front of the hotel and traveling on cab is a brisk when you use DIDI.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were very helpful when we had an issue getting an OTP for our international card. The room was spotless in a brilliant location. Metro lines 1 and 7 are around the corner and it is within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping. The breakfast is excellent - don't miss out on the freshly made noodles. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Shanghai.

The aesthetic of this hotel is very sleek and modern. The room is spacious with good design. The breakfast options had a good variety of selection to choose from. The gym has a good selection of weights and cardio machines as well as open space, so there are many options for workouts. This hotel is also conveniently located (very close to shops and food -- literally less than 2 minutes away), the staff was very friendly and everyone was very receptive, shower had good water temperature and water pressure, the bed was comfortable (not too firm and not too soft, so just right), and great value for the price! Would recommended to future travelers.
