Atour Properties in Shanghai

Big shoutout to Atour Hotel Shanghai Jing'an Nanjing West Road! Seriously, my stay at Atour this time was incredibly comfortable! The room was unbelievably clean – not a single wrinkle on the sheets or duvet, and even the bathroom tile grout was spotless. The decor wasn't flashy either; with the wooden desk and small sofa, it felt as cozy as visiting a friend's home. When I got hungry in the middle of the night, I went downstairs and they actually had hot late-night snacks (from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM) – so thoughtful! And the staff, they were simply amazing. When I asked where to find good food nearby, one of them drew me a simple map right on the spot and was incredibly enthusiastic. 1. Open view 2. Late-night snacks, rich and delicious food

The room was spacious and well-equipped. They offer both late-night snacks and breakfast. On our first day, we took the hotel shuttle back from Disneyland; it departed on time. After arriving at the hotel, we enjoyed a late-night snack and had a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel pillows were incredibly comfortable – highly recommend them! On the second evening, the hotel driver also took us to Pudong Airport. There are many dining options around the hotel, and the front desk staff were very attentive. Overall, this is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed at!

Booked a double single. Had a ******* delivery locker at base of hotel. Hotel is co-shared with office. Reno is new. Loved the laundry and concierge service. Struggled with wifi but managed to have it work. There’s another Atour right behind the Light version we are staying, they felt to be more kitted out, had a regular car drop-off with nice room aisles seen from our hotel room window. Location is superb. There are noodle shops around, train station is right below, Luckin around the corner. ICBC bank is within same building for those wanting to do a domestic card. There’s a pharmacy 1 street away which we visited. Near to the Bund, Yu Garden and all touristy places. Decent experience for family.

Clean and tidy, the cleaning aunt is very serious, the room smells very fresh, the room smells very good, the smell is good, the smell is too good, the smell is fragrant, the room is cleaned very clean, the room is very clean, it is the fragrance of Atour, the front desk Ke Ke's service is considerate and thoughtful

the room is ok, online pictures are probably nicer than in real life but that’s ok. staffs are friendly, check in was very smooth, they helped us with the luggage storage too. housekeeping were done everyday. location is near to the bund, walking distance to nanjing east road and yuyuan old street. about 10mins walk from the metro station. here comes the negative part, room have very bad sound-proofing. we were very unlucky because some guests were talking along the corridor at midnight for 2 hours and they were smoking as well. the cigg smell went into our room and affected my sleep cause the whole room smelt like cigg. eventually i think some other guests made a complain. the morning of 13/11/25, drilling sound can be heard very loudly from the room. that was around 8am+. we were not informed for any noisy works prior.understand that some works have to be carried out, but shouldn’t it be done late morning/afternoon when most of the guests are not resting or in their rooms?

This was such a wonderful hotel! The breakfast was delicious and abundant. We had such a lovely stay that we booked an extra night. The only downside is there is not much for kids to do. If you are there in bad weather, it's quite a trip in Shanghai to find indoor entertainment for your kids. Otherwise, a 10/10 stay and will recommend to anyone looking for a convenient hotel close to the both Hongqiao airport and railway station.

I usually can't be bothered with reviews but I was so impressed by this hotel (considering its price) that I took so many photos and really wanted to express my pleasant experience. The room and toilet were clean and all which are expected of Atour but the new school design was a treat. On top of that, there's washing machines and the staff there are happy to help with laundry (there's a queue system too) it's very youngster vibes. Highlight of my stay is the sexy sunset nightlight and also little things like sensor-operated under bed night light when I get up at night. They give us good toothbrushes and toothapste that smells like expensive chrysanthemum and also can't believe the best hairdryer in all my stays in china. Staff are young and chill too. All's great I can't wait to return.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. While the soundproofing was decent, the window seal was broken, preventing it from closing completely. Being on the 3rd floor, I could hear some street noise from pedestrians below. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was a big plus, and the night light design was thoughtfully done. However, the indoor lighting was a bit dim; a brighter setup would be ideal. It's a standalone building with a dedicated parking lot downstairs. The key card access at the entrance made it feel very secure, and EV charging stations were also available. The breakfast spread was far more extensive than I had expected, though my only minor complaint was that the freshly prepared noodles and wontons were a bit bland. Its location is unbeatable, right above Metro Lines 2 and 18, with Exit 17 literally at the doorstep. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is unbeatable – just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with shopping centers and food streets all around. It made getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. The room was even more spacious than the pictures suggested, with a stylish, minimalist design. The bedding was so soft, I had a fantastic night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was plentiful and consistent; even the toiletries felt high-quality. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, blending Western and Chinese options, plus local specialties. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great. The common areas were clean and quiet, Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout, and the gym was well-equipped. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure!

Cute and cozy hotel in a great location! I had a great time and would love to come back again! My room was a perfect size for one person and had all necessary amenities. Even though the windows face the street, it was quiet to sleep at night. Great and polite service! Everyone was very nice. There are so many nice cafes and restaurants next to this hotel!
