Pleasantly clean, but the good impression was spoiled by cigarette smoke blown out of the air con from time to time. Admittedly, we were very kindly offered a change of room. The problem of guests breaking the rules and smoking should not affect all the other guests’ air con, though: this indicates a major fault in the hotel’s entire air conditioning system, which ought to be addressed. - - - It was great to have a park right opposite, with some outdoor gym equipment. - - - The staff were responsive and polite, but unsmiling and diffident. - - - It was good to have a nice range of breakfast options, both Chinese and Western, and I particularly enjoyed the availability of sourdough bread (rare in China). - - - We also enjoyed the close proximity of the Bund, which is within walking distance.

The room was very clean and the location was great, very close to Metro Line 10. It was also just a 10-minute walk to the Natural History Museum. Dining in wasn't very convenient, but you could order takeout, and a robot would deliver it. There were also many international guests staying there. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

I chose the Campanile Hotel because I was working in Pudong every morning but didn't want to miss the lively Huaihai Road. It was perfect: Pudong in the morning, back to the hotel for a midday break, then right out the door to shop at Muji, Adidas, Nike, MINISO, and Printemps in the afternoon. When I got tired, it was just a few steps back to the hotel to rest before heading out again for more shopping and dining. It was incredibly convenient! The Japanese ramen shop around the corner was great, and there were also traditional Shanghai pan-fried buns, scallion oil noodles, and mini wontons from Fengyu. I even shipped my larger purchases home with SF Express. Haha. The hotel itself was small and charming, thoughtfully providing disposable coffee cups and instant coffee – very modern for these coffee-loving times. The front desk was friendly and allowed a late checkout. The housekeeping staff always greeted me with a smile and kept the room spotless every day. Everything was great.

An absolutely amazing stay that exceeded all my expectations! The service was attentive and thoughtful throughout. When checking in, I was not only greeted with a warm bowl of white fungus soup, which truly touched my heart, but also received a lovely little gift. The attention to detail was incredible. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
Last night, I went to Campanile Hotel, which is a mid-to-high-end brand under Jinjiang. It is located on Baituan Road, with convenient transportation. As soon as you enter the door, you will experience the French style. The service of the front desk lady is very enthusiastic. She actively asks guests what they need and upgrades their rooms. It can be said that the service is very meticulous and the check-in is very fast. The overall decoration style of the room is this French romantic and simple style, clean and tidy. The room is very large, spacious and bright, clean and tidy, spotless, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The toiletries are also the French Jiaomu brand Earth series, which is very high-end. The room has a high-definition TV and a high-speed wifi signal. You don’t have to worry about the poor mobile phone signal at all. Indonesian Java coffee and Belgian caramel biscuits are also prepared, which is very considerate. Free tea bags and mineral water, if not enough, call the front desk and use the machine to send them to you, which is very high-end. The French buffet breakfast is rich and varied, with salads, bread, ham, snacks, etc., and there are many styles. This is worthy of being a brand under Jinjiang, bringing you the fun of French romance and fashion.

The hotel is clean and spacious. Nana at the front desk is very enthusiastic and helped to upgrade the room type. The facilities are complete, and there is a robot for delivery. The breakfast is also very good, with a variety of varieties. It is less than two kilometers away from Huashan Hospital, and it only takes more than ten minutes to walk there, which is not tiring. There are also snacks downstairs, and there is a Costco nearby, which is very convenient. Overall, it is worth recommending
