The service of the lady at the front desk was very good. I went downstairs to buy water without bringing my room card. The lady helped me to swipe the elevator. Luggage storage was also very convenient. However, the soundproofing in the room was not very good. I could hear people talking outside.

The hotel only has central air conditioning. Guests cannot decide whether the room is cool or hot. They have to open the window to cool down, which leads to many mosquitoes at night. The shower in the bathroom keeps dripping and leaking, and the toilet is also broken.

The room was very nice and spacious, and the front desk staff was very friendly. I forgot something at the hotel, and they proactively found it and mailed it to me. Highly recommended.

The lighting is good, the price is good, the service from the front desk and the cleaning lady is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, and there are many places to eat. If I have the chance to go to Fengxian, I will choose this hotel again.
