Clean and efficient hotel. Staff are friendly. Room is spacious. Amaze by the efficiency of staff who pack our deliveries in advance, making collection a breeze. Hotel room is smart home features , making the stay v convenient. Love the shower , strong water and big shower room. Will definitely stay here again

Decent and clean room at a very central location. One small thing that should be improved is that they should allow for air conditioning throughout the year. In my recent stay in late November to early December, I was told there is no air conditioning as they are all switched to heating. So the ventilation is not very good and it’s hot in the room.

The hotel’s transportation is very convenient, and it’s also close to the riverbank. The staff at the front desk, Coco and Junjun, were also very patient. I strongly recommend this hotel and will come back for sure.
