The hotel environment superb! The cleanliness needs to improve and towels need to change.. a bit yellowish.

It's a very beautiful place. Beautiful spacious rooms. The staff is very polite and attentive. Delicious, varied breakfasts. I will be happy to come again.

The environment is so peaceful and tranquil, although during winter it is a little cold since there isn’t heating so they turned the aircon on for our arrival. Still I really struggled to sleep so they allowed us to stay for the rest of the day which was such a hospitable gesture. I was touched.

Overall good experience. Travelling the Shanghai city was a long travel distance, however travelling to the airport was easy and quick. Depends on why you want to stay there. Staff were friendly and attentive, they provided everything we asked for. One issue we had though was that we had locked our room before we visited Suzhou. When we came back late at night, we had found that our hotel room door was open. Luckily nothing was missing, however it was not a nice feeling. Not sure how that happened. Door was closed and locked when we left earlier in the day.

Friendly and helpful staff, good environment will come back again if I visit Shanghai in the future.

Excellent service from the reception and hotel staff. They treat every guest as special VIPs. The hotel has beautiful scenery, a rare jewel in Shanghai. We even saw 2 alpacas in the hotel! My kids love the place. Thank you for everything!

Arrived during wee hours but the reception staffs were friendly and check in was a breeze. Very clean room and the bed was comfortable. Free transport to Pudong airport was a huge plus.

This hotel near outlet and pudong airport and the hotel is fresh and comfortable. The facilities are clean and readily available with a nice view. The staffs here are always proactive and attentive. Very nice hotel.

One of the best resorts we’ve stayed in China. The accommodation is located outside of the city center in a scenic and quiet neighborhood consisting of traditional buildings, large gardens and a large lake where you can rent canoes and jet skis. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and they constantly went out of their way to assist us. The resort also offers free shuttles to Pudong Airport and Disneyland. Would definitely the resort to anyone visiting Shanghai.

The hotel environment is very good, and the service staff is also very good! I left my coat in the room in a hurry, and I am very grateful to the hotel for sending it to me. It is also very convenient to go to Pudong Airport.
