The location was very convenient, right above the xinzha metro station, which the line 1 is quite accessible to other touristy places. Room was clean though the toilet bowl does omit a certain sewage smell however, the smell doesn’t travel across the room, and it’s bearable. hotel staff were friendly and helpful and they even allowed us to check out late!

We left our phone in the taxi and the reception staff were really helpful for us to find our phone back. The hotel facility is nice and brand new. It has a lot of useful places right next to it and a metro a few meters away. Overall our stay was excellent and we will come back to stay here again.

The lobby is bright and grand, and the front desk staff are warm and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is super soft, ensuring a great night's sleep, and all facilities are available. It's very quiet at night, allowing you to completely relax. This Hotel is really great, the staff is really especially Xiaoli, xiaoming and xiao tang! The rooms are really nice and tidy and they offer nice services such as cleaning postal service etc.! We really enjoyed our stay and this will be our first choice on our next Shanghai trip.

Very clean hotel and excellent hospitality. Lovely stay, we stayed as a couple and really enjoyed the stay. Xiaoli and xiaoming were very hospitable. Very close to the tube literally next to the hotel with a 7/11 next to it - very convenient.
