Overall, my stay was fantastic, and the hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The restaurant team always had a smile on their faces, were warm and friendly, and provided meticulous and heartwarming service. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and polite, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Even the laundry staff were friendly and reliable. Every service aspect made me feel exceptionally comfortable. Just a small suggestion: Most hotel bathroom sinks are generally quite high, making them inconvenient for children to use. I hope hotels consider providing small footstools for kids, making it easier for them to wash up. Adding such thoughtful details would be truly considerate.

When I visited Hangzhou, I stayed at this hotel chain, so I decided to book with them again for my trip to Shanghai. The location is incredibly convenient, with a subway station right across from the hotel, which is definitely the fastest and most convenient way to get around Shanghai. **Facilities:** The facilities might be a little older compared to the Hangzhou branch, but overall, they're very good. **Cleanliness:** The hygiene is excellent, very clean. **Service:** The service attitude is great. **Late-night snack:** My only minor complaint is that the late-night snack options are a bit limited. The Hangzhou branch, which might be newly renovated, had a wider variety.

The decor is retro-themed, and the facilities are relatively new. Overall, the environment is good. There's a restaurant on-site, and it's very close to the subway, making travel convenient. They also have a washing machine and dryer.

This hotel is super convenient, right across from the subway station. The service is excellent too. I was here for a water exhibition and my stay was so comfortable that I ended up extending it for another night. The lobby offers a lot of free amenities like wet wipes, masks, and freshly ground coffee. The breakfast was also great!
