This is a simple hotel in a good location. Close to wukang building which is gorgeous. Very basic amenities. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Loved the washing machine/dryer and kitchenette. Only issue was the hot water was not hot in the shower.

With this price ,highly not recommended!This is an apartment not hotel.

Of the 5 Shanghai properties in the same price range that I've stayed in this month, this place has definitely been my favorite. Previously, the Nanying Hotel (only about 500 meters away) held this title, but Reese (I don't think this is their actual English name, by the way) on Xingguo Road really impressed me all fronts. I would give it 5 stars for both service and location, but you need to realize that it's more of a serviced apartment than a hotel and doesn't have a fancy Huaihai Road entrance. But, for roughly the same price as Nanying, I got an entire apartment with brand new appliances, and a location that I think is slightly better (e.g. you have Wukang and Xingguo almost right at the entrance). Meanwhile, the front desk staff is amazing; they helped me deal with requests, such as a botched 京东 delivery, that other hotels wouldn't even think about entertaining.

The location is nice. The room I was given first was very smelly but the hotel changed it immediately. There are better options in that area for that price

Very helpful staff, well situated. Fantastic location for architecture enthusiasts. (Very close to Normandie apartments). Beds were a bit hard for my parents.

Helpful staff and great location

The business king-size room I booked is not big in size, estimated to be less than 18 square meters. But everything is complete, clean, and equipped with a refrigerator/washing machine (expected to be convenient for long-term tenants). Friendly service. Because the guest room mentioned that there might be noise from the renovation of nearby businesses, I didn't hear any noise in the room I was assigned for 2 days. I am very satisfied with the mattress and slept very comfortably. The location is excellent, and there is a Wukang Building check-in point on the rooftop terrace. It is a 5-7 minute walk from the subway entrance of Jiaotong University Station on Line 10/11, and it is estimated to be about 10 minutes from Shanghai Library.

A very satisfactory Home Inn, with new facilities, good environment, fresh style, and convenient transportation. Wukang Building is right outside the door. The hotel's internal corridors are also very photogenic. I left the room card holder as a souvenir when I checked out

The address is located at the intersection of Wukang Road. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel customer service was very nice and allowed me to book online and immediately arranged a room. The price-performance ratio is very high, and the room is equipped with smart facilities. I will choose this place again next time I go on a business trip.

The hotel environment is consistent with the hotel photos, the facilities are newer, relatively clean, and the location is very good. It is next to the Wukang Building, and there is a Starbucks and a small supermarket opposite. It is about seven or eight minutes away from the subway entrance. Overall, it is very convenient

I called the front desk to give feedback and asked her to come up and take a look. She told me that the person was not knocking on my door but his own door, and the voice was very loud, but I was still very scared. In addition to the above-mentioned minor incidents, the overall experience of the three days and two nights is still good. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The Wukang Building is downstairs.
