Good Staffs , they can not speak english but you can use app translate. Service Apartment is true location. Around location have local restaurant, good taste.

Everything is good except the cleanliness which should be better. Near a lot of eatery and convenient stores, about 5-minute walk to the metro. 15-minute walk to The Bund and Nanjing Road.

Everything was fine with our stay. However, the instructions on how to get to the apartment need to be improved. It was tricky to find the place and we didn’t find details about it on the platform.
Recommended for short stays and the staff was very friendly.

The entrance was very hard to find as there are no signs whatsoever but we eventually managed by showing the address to some people on the street. Even inside the building there was no indication that we had to go to room 806 where they have a makeshift reception in one of the apartments but the guy at the door downstairs led us up.
The apartment itself was nice with a great view but would not recommend for people who value cleanliness.

The family room we booked has a completely transparent glass wall in the shower room? ? ? After reporting it, they said they "upgraded" us to a new room type, but the sanitary conditions and facilities are worse!

Wonderful hotel! I really liked the location, right in the center, you can walk to the embankment, there are many shops nearby, close to the metro. The room is clean, all the amenities stated are there: washing machine, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, projector with a large screen, air conditioning. Five of us stayed as a family, it wasn't crowded. I really liked the staff at the reception - polite, patient, always helpful. Thanks a lot! After getting off the plane, we met at a classmate's house in Jiumo and didn't check in until 11pm. When I opened the door, I really heard a "wow" sound.
