The location is super convenient, and there are many international guests. The rooftop is really comfortable. The hygiene is excellent, and the facilities and design are practical and well-thought-out. Both the public and private bathrooms are very functional. The rooms with private bathrooms, though small, have everything you need, feeling like you're on a high-class train. It's convenient, and I love it.

The environment is great, and both the rooms and common areas are very clean. The location is also excellent, very close to Nanjing Road East and The Bund, and easily accessible by subway. The staff are all very friendly; Melody and Claire at the front desk were particularly enthusiastic and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

In China, it's generally best to avoid hotels or hostels that have been open for more than three years, as they often suffer from low maintenance. The remote control for the bidet in the restroom was broken, rendering all bidet functions unusable – it could only flush. I reported it to the front desk at night, but they didn't actively address it the next day. The ceiling light was also out of order. For the bunk beds, each bunk had two outlets, totaling four, but the Type-C port was loose and couldn't charge, forcing me to charge in the common area, which was very inconvenient. Despite the online宣传 touting numerous international design awards, the restroom door direction was poorly designed. It opened inwards, whereas according to interior design standards, restroom doors should open outwards to ensure user safety in case of an accidental fall and blockage. Because it opened inwards, the space was very cramped; it was hard to get in and out. When the restroom door was opened, it hit the toilet, requiring me to squeeze sideways into the shower area just to close the door before I could use the toilet. The soundproofing in the room was terrible. I could hear doors opening and closing in the neighboring room, as well as people talking in the hallway. I had originally booked for 5 nights, but due to all these inconveniences, I checked out early after just two nights. I'm grateful to Trip.com for approving my early check-out request and issuing a refund.

Huge thanks to Melody and Suki at the front desk! My friends were visiting Shanghai, so I booked this place, and it was my first hostel experience – much better than I expected! The hot water system seems better than typical hotels; you won't run out after a long shower. The hairdryer is perfect for girls, with strong airflow. Plus, they even have hand soap, which is a fantastic little detail! All the girls staying here are super gentle, quiet, and don't disturb anyone. 🥹 There's absolutely no noise day or night; everyone uses their phones silently, and at night, people move carefully, queuing quietly for showers. They even offer occasional thoughtful tips, and the restrooms always smell fresh. It's great value for money and very close to the city center. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Shanghai!
