My stay at the Jianguo Puyin Hotel far exceeded my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, and the Xiaodu smart home system made my stay convenient and enjoyable. The hotel environment was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk and housekeeping staff were polite and courteous, and the facilities were well-maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and go shopping. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with tons of great food and attractions all around. The room design is very stylish, with soft lighting and comfortable bedding, ensuring I had a super peaceful night's sleep. I especially want to praise the staff; they were incredibly responsive and the service was top-notch. Highly recommended! The hotel also offers laundry and tea service, and it's just a 10-15 minute walk to the Science Museum and the Museum. Amazing!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for my business trip! First off, the location is excellent – only a 5-minute walk to the subway station and just two stops away from the exhibition center. The desk in the room is spacious, and the lighting is great for those working on laptops. Plus, there are plenty of outlets, with USB ports by the bed and desk, so no fighting over plugs. The Wi-Fi was the biggest bonus; video calls for meetings were perfectly smooth. Breakfast runs until 10 AM, which is super thoughtful for business travelers who like to sleep in! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent with tea service provided. They even had a tea ceremony activity on the day of arrival, which was a lovely touch.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with top-notch service. It's smart and welcoming, and the bedding is brand new and spotless. The location is also very convenient. I loved the lobby's design, which features a Suzhou garden style – my friends really enjoyed it when they visited for a small gathering.

I really loved the hotel's decor. I even made sure to have a drink in the courtyard in the evening, which was lovely and relaxing. Overall, the service and value for money were good. However, the cleanliness could use some improvement (I found a short hair on the nightstand and some clear sticky residue on the floor). Despite that, I'd still recommend it!

The entire hotel is designed with a mountain and water theme, featuring a Chinese courtyard where every corner is a picturesque scene. The interior decor also exquisitely showcases the depth of Chinese culture, with meticulous attention to detail, clearly reflecting the hotel's dedication. The central garden between the two buildings is simply beautiful... The hotel's exterior is stunning, and upon entering the lobby, the front desk staff are well-trained, professional, and warm! Their Ming Dynasty-style horse-face skirts perfectly complement the hotel's decor! The rooms are also spacious and comfortable, and the hotel breakfast is rich and delicious! The location is super convenient for getting around Pudong! Excellent! The only minor drawback is the bed decoration in the room, which features Manchurian centipede buttons. It feels a bit out of place... Centipede buttons resemble insects, and descendants of the dragon shouldn't have insects crawling on them, or as part of the interior design elements.
