I chose this hotel for its convenient location to the US Consulate in Shanghai for my visa appointment, and it definitely delivered. It's about a 10-minute walk, and I even had time to come back for breakfast after my appointment. The front desk staff were really welcoming and checked me in super fast. They even upgraded my room for free, which was a nice surprise as the room was quite spacious. Parking was also convenient. I'd definitely recommend it!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to Huaihai Middle Road and right next to Moller Villa. Kerry Centre and Jing'an Temple are also easily accessible on foot, making transportation very convenient. The hotel staff are professional and polite, and the breakfast selection is incredibly varied. The room comes with a well-stocked mini-bar, and everything in it, including drinks, instant noodles, and Snickers, is complimentary. Thumbs up!

Hotel is very new and clean. Aircon is good. Bed and pillow all good. However the lighting in the room can be improved, too dark.
Breakfast not bad, sufficient.
Walking distance to metro, about 15min walk so it is not that near :)
Overall good hotel, recommended to people who wants clean and tidy room but dont mind the distance to the near metro.

Great, very clean, and the laundry room is quite convenient – I was able to use the treadmill nearby while waiting for my clothes to dry. It's very close to Jing'an Temple. There's an Atour hotel right next door, and both have their own unique strengths.

Overall a good experience. Only the cleanliness is the issue. When we checked in there was hair on the toilet seats as well as the pillows. No gesture was made to compensate which was a shame. Overall the room could also do with better cleaning as well as there were some dirty spots and stains on the wall.
