Jianguo Hidden Hotel (shanghai hongqiao station and exhibition center)

I frequently stay at this hotel for business trips, and my experience has always been great. The rooms are clean, and the service is consistently good. Highly recommend.

My stay here was excellent, definitely a five-star experience! The hotel is conveniently located next to Hongqiao Hub, making transportation incredibly easy. Plus, there's a huge free parking lot on B2, which is great for those traveling by car. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and even came with a comfortable balcony. The hotel facilities are comprehensive; the gym and laundry service were both fantastic. What truly stood out was the staff's warm and thoughtful service – they were attentive to every detail. Highly recommended!

Staying here was a fantastic experience, truly a hidden gem. It’s wonderfully smooth and refined, just like the hotel itself, which offers a serene and elegant escape. The name 'Yǐn' (隐, meaning 'hidden') is perfectly chosen, highlighting how it provides a tranquil retreat right in the bustling heart of Hongqiao. As someone more accustomed to rural life, I felt inspired staying at the Puyan Hotel, prompting me to reflect and appreciate such a refined setting. Furthermore, the service from the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk was absolutely excellent.

Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were patient and thorough. The room had great natural light, and all the toiletries were well-stocked, which was a thoughtful touch. I didn't have to wait in line for the B1 laundry room – both washes and dries were available. The gym only had treadmills. As for transportation, if you're arriving, I'd suggest walking to Hongqiao Tiandi before getting a taxi, otherwise, the driver might get a bit frustrated. However, if you're leaving early the next day, it's extremely convenient. Overall, a good experience.
