Extremely satisfied! The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. The Chinese restaurant on the first floor was also very good. I was happy with the room, especially since they gave me a free upgrade and thoughtfully assigned me a room number that matched my birthday. It's located right inside T1, just head up to the second floor and past the G1 entrance – no need to even go outside, which is super convenient. Daniel also provided great service later on.

Arrived at T1 terminal and could reach the hotel without even stepping outside. Five stars to the front desk staff, Velka! Check-in was very efficient, and the process was simple and quick. Her service was generous and appropriate, and her smile was warm and natural. The hotel's excellent environment, coupled with Velka's heartwarming service, made my travel experience very comfortable.

The hotel's location is a huge plus, you can walk to Hongqiao Airport, making it a great choice for early flights and layovers. There's also the East Hongqiao Center nearby, which is convenient for eating, drinking coffee, and a bit of browsing without needing to take a long taxi ride. A special shout-out to Daniel, who was very patient during check-in.

Excellent location, right in Hongqiao Airport, which is incredibly convenient before a flight. The rooftop pool with views of the runway is impressive – a real treat. On the same floor, there's also a Jacuzzi and a sauna (which barely worked), all free for guests – a nice bonus. Separately, I want to mention: there were difficulties with food delivery in the hotel area. There aren't many large, reliable delivery chains, and one order arrived with noticeably undercooked chicken, raising serious safety concerns. Perhaps the hotel should recommend trusted delivery options to guests or provide a list of reliable nearby restaurants. Overall, the experience was positive. Thank you for the stay!

The room was new and the stay was very pleasant. The location is excellent, with the hotel lobby directly connected to Terminal 1, making it super convenient for early morning flights. The soundproofing is great; even though it's right next to the airport, it was quiet at night. Kevin at the front desk was patient and friendly, and the service was excellent.👍
