I had a very pleasant and healing stay at SAVHE Hotel North Bund Shanghai.
The hotel gave me a calm and comfortable feeling after a long and tiring trip. The team took care of me with warmth and kindness, almost like coming back home. The laundry service was very convenient and helpful, which made my stay much easier. I also enjoyed the food very much.
Breakfast was lovely. I especially liked the tomato and egg dish, and the BBQ chicken had a very well-balanced and delicious flavor. I also loved the tea experience — making tea and enjoying it slowly made the stay feel more relaxing and special.
Overall, this hotel was comforting, practical, and heartwarming. It helped me rest, reset, and feel better before continuing my journey. I would definitely come back again. Thank you to the team for the thoughtful a warm service!!!💚🩵💙

Overall service was good and the hotel felt quite new. Upon check-in, guests were offered a choice of aromatherapy scents to be delivered to their room, which was a nice touch. However, the room facilities were just so-so. The mini-fridge had a musty smell and the central air conditioning wasn't very effective, making it quite hot at night.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The service was excellent, and they even went above and beyond to make my child's birthday extra special with a full celebration. The breakfast and late-night snacks were also delicious!

This hotel is located in North Bund, which is a little further from the main Bund area. But the area is much quieter and less crowded, which we really enjoyed. There are also two malls located near the hotel, which makes it quite convenient.

Very good service, especially the butler service, including free laundry service, and delivery of packages & food via the robot. Room is clean and neat despite being a little small but overall very good experience!

The service was excellent, and the staff were very polite and helpful. Is located at north bund and requires crossing a bridge to The bund, but overall the stay was comfortable and pleasant.
