Great. 3rd time staying there. Location is near train station but not many eateries (or maybe I did not explore nearby areas much). The rooms are spacious and clean. Something I am concerned about is the openness of the toilet.
Overall, the stay is pleasant and the staff are all friendly and helpful. They do have staff who can speak english 😉.

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff are all incredibly friendly and always greet you. The rooms are clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The laundry room on the 3rd floor was a lifesaver for our travel laundry needs, and the gym on the 24th floor has great views and full equipment, which was super stress-relieving after a workout. Breakfast is a major highlight too, with a wide variety of delicious options to kickstart your day. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!

I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Jing'an! First off, kudos to the customer service team – they were friendly and professional, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. The room was much larger than I expected, with great natural light, and the mattress and pillows were super comfortable. The cleanliness was also top-notch, which put my mind at ease. Great experience, would definitely come again. A special thanks to the auntie on the 12th floor; she cleaned our room exceptionally well and provided excellent service.
