酒店的早餐很好，房間很大也很新，空氣很舒服，就是空調製冷不算太涼。房間裏也有浴缸，感覺非常不錯，旁邊有很多吃飯的地方，而且前台的一個小哥特別熱情，還開擺渡車送了我過去，真是非常的感謝他。

前台工作人員lucy效率極高，辦理入住時全程微笑引導，主動告知酒店設施位置與周邊出行建議，還貼心根據需求升級了房型，細節處盡顯專業與貼心。
酒店酒廊更是驚喜，環境安靜雅緻，飲品與小食品類豐富且品質在線。Freddy會及時添補餐品、更換餐具，全程輕聲細語不打擾，無論是商務洽談還是休閑放鬆，都能讓人感受到舒適與愜意。

剛下高鐵拖着行李到店，前台lucy看到我滿頭汗，第一時間遞上紙巾，mark還主動接過行李箱幫我送到電梯口，細節處特別暖心。辦理入住時，lucy發現我預訂的房型臨街，特意詢問是否介意噪音，主動幫忙升級到更安靜的高樓層，和mark全程溝通都特別耐心。
