First off, a huge shout-out to the staff, especially the guy who was so kind, enthusiastic, and warm-hearted. He really added some passion to our holiday! It was always a joy to see his bright, welcoming smile when we returned. The hotel's surroundings and interior are excellent. It's super easy to get a taxi, and it's close to all the main attractions. The front desk area is spacious, and the rooms are generously sized with a clean, elegant decor. It's a very convenient choice if you're traveling with pets. This time, I also opted for a large room, and the balcony view was fantastic. Definitely hope to come back again, haha!

I randomly picked this place on Trip.com, initially thinking that for the price, it would just be an okay place to stay for one night. But it completely exceeded my expectations! First off, the room was incredibly clean and spacious, probably around 60-70 square meters. Secondly, the service was no less than that of a five-star hotel. The butler responded to messages instantly, providing anything we needed, and even brought us fruit. Their attitude was absolutely fantastic. I came here for a two-day getaway, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm looking for a relaxing escape in this area! The value for money is amazing, and my stay was incredibly comfortable.

The room was spacious and very clean, with a large garden perfect for enjoying tea or coffee. The attention to detail in the room was excellent, and my parents were very pleased. It's just a few minutes' walk to Zhujiajiao Ancient Town, which was super convenient. We parked in the underground parking garage nearby, and they even reimbursed us for it, which was a huge bonus! 🙏 Definitely worth a second visit.

Facilities: 1. The facilities are very new; both a small water dispenser and bottled water are available. 2. One car can park for free per room (thumbs up! 👍) 3. There's a small courtyard on the first floor; we brought our own small grill and charcoal. 4. A mahjong machine is available if you book in advance (great!). Cleanliness: The room is cleaned after check-in; overall, it's quite clean. The bathroom on the first floor had a slight odor during the day, but it was fine at night. Environment: It's within walking distance of Zhujiajiao Ancient Town, and with parking available, it's great value for money. Service: The butler responded to messages very quickly after adding us on WeChat.

Facilities: I still have to complain a bit: 1. The hot water wasn't enough on Saturday night. The bathtubs were nice, but they couldn't heat a full tub of water. It was practically useless. This needs to be addressed urgently. 2. There's no elevator; you have to climb it, which is a bit of a problem. Cleanliness: Cleanliness wasn't a major issue. Environment: The environment was quiet, but the parking spaces were rather unreliable. Service: The service deserves praise. Despite the shortcomings in the facilities, the staff patiently explained everything.

This pet-friendly hotel stay was absolutely fantastic! Not only was I comfortable, but my furry friend was happy too! The butler called in advance to remind me of my check-in time and directed me to the parking lot! My butler, Xiao Han, was incredibly attentive, proactively helping me with my luggage, showing me around the area, and immediately addressing any issues I had. He even personally guided me through the old town! He greeted me every time I came in and out, and by the end, my furry friend loved playing with him. I'm so incredibly grateful! 🙏 The room was spacious, bright, and odor-free, although the floor color was prone to getting dirty, making cleaning quite a hassle for the cleaning staff. Complimentary drinks and tea were provided in the room, and disposable bathtub covers were provided for those who wanted a bath – very thoughtful! In the afternoon, the butler offered some small fruits. The scenery was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Thank you to the hotel for creating this little utopia; both my pet and I had a perfect vacation! I'll definitely stay here again! Wouldn't providing pet-related items enhance the overall experience?

To be honest, the room was really dirty. The headboard and the area under the bedside table were filthy, even disgusting. There was some fine sand on the blanket. I wanted to ask the staff to change rooms, but when I looked at my friend's room, it was the same. All three families were there with their children for the Spartan event, so we stayed in the nearest room. None of us slept all night, which was very frustrating. The elevator wasn't working, so we had to walk up the stairs. I didn't even bring my suitcase. The only downside was that the room was big.

For the past two years, we've been staying in guesthouses with courtyards because we have a pet. The main reason is to let it play in the yard. We chose this place during our trip to Zhujiajiao and stayed for two nights. Here's my overall impression: First, the advantages: The room design is nice, and the overall environment is quite new. The hotel's amenities are also good, such as toiletries. Then, a few unpleasant things I encountered: First, upon entering the courtyard, we found the pool was just for show and couldn't be used, so we couldn't play in the water – a major drawback. I don't know if it was just us or if all rooms in this type are like this! Second, upon entering the room, perhaps because of the National Day holiday rush, there were only a few tissues in the tissue box, and the tea container wasn't empty either; they didn't refill it properly before we checked in. Third, on the first morning, we found a large centipede on the floor of the room. We were so startled that we didn't take a picture immediately, but we quickly woke up my husband to deal with it. We wrapped it in tissues and flushed it down the toilet. Although it's on the first floor with a courtyard, even with the doors and windows tightly closed, I don't know how it got in. The fact that the rooms inside were tatami rooms is a real shock. Fourthly, and most bizarrely, the air conditioning malfunctioned both days of our stay. The first time, we contacted the housekeeper's WeChat group in the morning about the problem. They seemed unfamiliar with the issue, saying they'd called a technician, but nothing came for a long time. When we inquired, the housekeeper told us the technician might be busy during the National Day holiday and that they'd known it was broken the night before and fixed it then. I could only laugh; how was I supposed to know the air conditioner would break down in the middle of the night?! The strange thing is, after spending the whole morning fixing the air conditioner, it was the same again the next morning. Although it wasn't extremely hot, the midday heat was still considerable. We contacted the housekeeper to report it was broken again, and they simply said, "Why is it broken again? We fixed it yesterday and even gave the repairman over 1000 yuan for repairs." We didn't know what to say and could only choose to leave early. Experiencing so many problems in three days certainly made for an unforgettable holiday! Another issue is the cleaning. I don't know if this guesthouse has professional cleaning staff. The ceiling fan was covered in cobwebs, there was trash and debris in the corners of the room, and dust under both bedside tables. I feel they really need to clean properly for guests. They can't neglect these basics just because they're busy. Another complaint is that parking at this guesthouse requires you to pay for each parking session, and getting reimbursed is incredibly troublesome. I went out five times, and initially only four were reimbursed. I had to check myself before they reimbursed me for the last one. This definitely causes inconvenience for guests. After these incidents, no one from the business contacted me, but they left comments saying they would contact me, which shows their lack of integrity.
