Wow Executive Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Wow Executive Hotel. The location is excellent—very conveniently situated near the Bund, with plenty of attractions, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance, making it a lively and vibrant area to explore. A special thank you to our guest service butler, Cindy, whose exceptional service truly made our stay memorable. She was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our requests. She went above and beyond to help coordinate my ******* delivery, ensuring my surprise birthday cake order was a success. She also promptly assisted us when we encountered an issue accessing our hotel room. What pleasantly surprised us most was her dedication—she was even replying to our messages at 2 a.m., which reflected an outstanding level of commitment and care for her guests. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of the hotel’s convenient location and Cindy’s exceptional hospitality made this a truly enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend Wow Executive Hotel and would gladly stay here again.

I booked this hotel for my wife and son, they had a one night stopover In Shanghai. I selected this hotel due to its proximity to the Nanjing pedestrian street in Bund area. I was initially stressed how my wife and son will manage as non-Chinese speaking persons. However, the overall stay turned out to be very pleasant. They found nice and clean non-smoking room was welcoming as requested. My family appreciated a lot about the courtesy and helpfulness of staff, especially Ms Cindy the butler who took care of them on the day of arrival. Next morning again she turned out to be a saviour again as it was the day of heavy rain in Shanghai. The stress of reaching Airport well in time was easily resolved by her again. Thank you Ms Cindy. I believe everyone in your hotel is as good as you. I look forward to revisit your hotel again.

Nice hotel. I arrived early 06 am morning even though they arranged me a early check in within one hour . Very cooperative counter staff.

Amazing hotel stay ! Middle of shopping district , amazing facilities in the room and wonderful service from staff.

The only problem is the lack of services, and some rooms require climbing stairs with luggage. There are also no Arabic or foreign channels on the television.
