For this location and price, there's really nothing to complain about! It's practically in the heart of Jing'an Temple, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were very friendly. The complimentary coffee and tea snacks were also very tasty. I had a great two-day stay! The facilities are complete, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Shanghai. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.
