The location is superb! Right smack in the terminal with lots of food choices! Was given a free upgrade to a huge room, thank you so much! Will book again when I'm back to shanghai!

酒店在T2客運大樓，地圖上看離跑道很近，小孩喜歡飛機，專成去住了一晚想拍飛機，機景房在7樓，能看到跑道，但和前面候機廳高度差不多，效果不是很好，有點失望的，相比而言虹橋的視線、樓層好很多。酒店下樓就是T2安檢口，如果是在T2轉機休息是很方便的。另外值得一提的是要注意酒店日期房的入住時間是下午五點後，退房時間是上午9點。前台給延遲了兩個小時到11點退房，算是一點安慰吧。酒店工作人員除了開始入住時7樓轉角一女生服務員遇人會打招呼外，4樓的服務員及後來7樓更換的服務員都比較冷漠。整個酒店比較像快捷酒店，個人不喜歡。

雖然都給了五分，但説實話這個酒店感覺唯一的優勢就是位置了，對早班機來説真的很方便，其他硬件配置感覺真的很一般。當然服務態度還是好的。

環境：當天是陰雨天的原因，房間床褥可能有點潮
服務：服務人員很熱情，需要什麼東西馬上送過來。
在機場內國際出發層，很方便，下樓即可辦手續出發
