I booked this hotel for the convenience, as I was going to land after travelling almost 21 hours straight. While the hotel itself is very nice, the rooms felt updated, and the bathroom had a snazzy green backsplash - our shower did not drain properly. It was a bit disappointing - after travelling for such a long time, the #1 thing you look forward to is a nice hot shower lol. Within minutes it began to flood profusely - like I was standing in one inch of water. 😭 I had to cut my shower short with shampoo still in my hair. We had already "moved in" to the room, so we went to the front desk and asked for maintenance to come look and see if it was fixable. The gentleman offered for someone to come up right away and estimated about 5 minutes, but 15 minutes later he still wasn't there so we left to go out and explore. We came back to fresh towels, but the shower was not fixed. It still flooded when used. While everything else was nice, I am sad to say I would recommend looking at other places based on our experience.

Our whole family stayed here before heading to Northern Europe, and it was incredibly convenient. It's very close to Pudong Airport, the environment is clean and comfortable, the facilities are new, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. We had a good night's rest before our long journey, very satisfied. It's our first choice for travel, and you can even watch planes take off from your room – how cool is that!
