Excellent location with great views! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was a fantastic stay! I would definitely choose this place again in the future.

The place is clean, and they clean it daily and provide bottled water. The service is incredibly thoughtful; they respond promptly on WeChat and then come to help in person, which saved me a lot of trouble. The location couldn't be better – it's just a few minutes' walk to Suzhou Creek and the Bund. You can sit by Suzhou Creek, enjoy a coffee, and watch the "Bund Three-Piece Set" (iconic buildings) at night, all without the crowds, making it peaceful and relaxing. To the north, there's a shopping mall, and to the west, Qipu Wholesale Market, both within walking distance.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, and the bathroom was odor-free. The front desk service was very thoughtful, and the overall environment was quiet and comfortable. Excellent value for money!

The location is great, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. There's no front desk, but the room wasn't particularly clean because I broke out in a rash after sleeping there for a day. The facilities aren't very new either; the toilet isn't fully automatic and requires manual flushing. Plus, there was some white residue on the shampoo bottle. I hope the staff can check on these things.

The room was very clean and super close to the Bund. You could even see the Bund's night view from the window. It was perfect for a family, adults and children alike. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and a Lao Niang Jiu restaurant, which was really handy.

What a pleasant surprise! A room with an amazing river view! I booked the Hermès 18, and the view was spectacular, the room was cozy, and the facilities were all there. The staff were very friendly, and the cleaning lady did a fantastic job, paying attention to every detail. Plus, there's a private elevator, which made me feel very secure. The location is absolutely perfect, just 500 meters from the Bund, and you can see the Bund landscape right from your room! Overall, a five-star experience. I'll definitely be back!

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need for a wonderful stay! The views are absolutely stunning, and the location is incredibly convenient for visiting all the major attractions.
