來上海寶山出差的，公司就在附近索性隨便訂了這家艾扉酒店，超出我的想象，各方面都比較滿意，服務態度都特別好很熱情，讓我在外地出差感受到家得感覺。房間新裝修的很乾凈。訂的含早的早餐也不錯的。下次出差還是選擇這家！

前台不知道咋跟外賣員吵架了還是咋的，不讓外賣員用前台的筆 沒寫房間號沒送上來，自己下去拿的，反應之後，，前台給我的答覆是外賣員着急趕時間所以沒寫，那外賣員給我打電話的時候，我聽見他和前台説話的聲音，咋的？他倆有時間跟他掰扯，沒時間給我寫個字嗎，不要有問題就甩鍋給別人😓

先説優點吹風機風力很大
然後我們再説缺點
1、隔音差：樓上洗澡下面跟住在水簾洞一樣。
2、服務差：打掃衞生的兩個阿姨沒有對講機，在走廊大聲説話。
3、衞生差：衞生間水杯有水漬，洗手枱下面放毛巾的位置有漏水水漬。
4、存在安全隱患：淋浴間有尖鋭陽角。
5、私隱問題：衞生間有小窗户沒窗簾，客人入户進門前窗簾應該關上。
6、設計問題：衞生間太小，佈局不合理，在床上能看到全身鏡，衞生間門直對床頭。
7、設備問題：吹風機吹久了有焦臭味，馬桶制熱坐墊温度過高，牙刷用了一次就掉毛，淋雨關水後能滴水半個小時。
8、洗澡水温度忽高忽低。
總結：很難想象這個是如家集團的2025年開業的連鎖酒店，選擇如家連鎖酒店的原因是因為有酒館企業管控比單體酒店有保障不會踩雷，但是我不曉得2025年了這些最基礎的東西都做不好。設計、施工、監管都失效了。

艾扉酒店位置超棒，出行方便。房間佈置得温馨而雅緻，床品舒適，被褥陽光味，能快速入睡，每一處細節都彰顯着用心。特別值得一提的是酒店服務，前台小姑娘總是帶着真誠的微笑，熱情而周到。響應快，有問題馬上解決，值得再來。性價比超高，推薦入住！

還可以，在二樓吃飯，發現開了個新酒店。喝多了住一晚上。不錯，5樓空氣很好，早餐還有面。門口保安很熱情，停車費原來免費的。下次有機會還來
