The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is pretty good with fresh fruit. The front desk lady was super thoughtful and even brought me an iced Coke. It's also convenient for getting to Disney, and ordering takeout is easy too... Overall, highly recommend!

The hotel is very close to Disney, and there's a large shuttle bus service. The bus driver even helps with loading and unloading strollers. The overall environment is great, and our room on the first floor was really convenient and spacious, not to mention clean and tidy. The amenities are quite comprehensive, with a laundry room, gym, and kids' play area. If you need anything, just call the front desk and a robot will deliver it right away. Breakfast is also very rich and varied. The family room is perfect for those traveling with children!

The hotel is located within a large complex that houses several hotels. I still trust the InterContinental brand more, and I was right not to choose another. My stay was very comfortable. Although our room was on the first floor facing the road, it was incredibly quiet at night—not noisy at all. We received a complimentary room upgrade, and every detail was well thought out. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, including a laundry room, gym, and both indoor and outdoor kids' clubs. My child had a great time, and getting to Disneyland was very convenient. The hotel offers stroller rentals, which are cheaper and more convenient than those at the park. They also have various IP-themed costumes for sale. I hadn't planned to buy any, but when I saw the high-quality Judy costume sold at the hotel, I bought it for my child. It looked great in photos. It was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose to stay here again.

There was also no laundry basket, leaving no place for used towels. Furthermore, the bathroom floor was extremely slippery, which is a safety hazard that needs to be addressed. As the hotel is newly opened, I hope they make quick improvements to provide a better experience for future guests and enhance the overall Shanghai Disneyland trip.

Overall, I think this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Disneyland or Ueno.

This is a brand new hotel, primarily located right behind Disneyland. The environment is beautiful, and the service is warm, thoughtful, and responsive. Of course, for a hotel primarily focused on resort and vacation stays, they should consider adding more parent-child entertainment activities. Additionally, the in-room facilities could be more user-friendly and practical.
