The concierge staff kindly upgraded our room during check in. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was great too! We had enjoyed our stay despite it being a really short one.

Fast and smooth service during check in/check out. Clean hotel and the staff there are very friendly and polite. I choose this hotel because of the location is near to NECC and also the metro station. Walking distance there is 15-20mins (if you walk fast ๐Ÿ˜…). I highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling for exhibition fair at NECC. Definately will come back here ๐Ÿ˜Š

We spend a nice weekend at the hotel. Everybody speaks English so there were no troubles with communication. Also, the bed was really comfortable. Lots of options for breakfast. We really enjoyed it.
