Yitel Premium (Shanghai people's Square Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street)

The room was super big (enough to open 4 suitcases at the same time. Shower was powerful. Water bottle ere provided everyday. Just a few steps away from Nanjing Road. Staff was helpful enough, even with some language barriers. The room was clean, the lobby was nice.

Great location right at 南京步行街 a very happening place. There's no direct lift lobby at every level. So it can be challenging to carry heavy luggage around, unless you request for assistance from the reception.

The location is an absolute banger! Beside nanjing road, major stores, plenty of attractions close by. You can walk to the bund in 10 mins. The hotel itself is decently good. The room is clean and amenities are available. Breakfast was decent, you get what you pay for. Then again, there are many other food choices outside. Getting halal was very easy.

Services are top notch. Hotel staffs helped to collect parcels and order food from mei tuan as we do not have a local telephone number.

Excellent stay with spotless rooms, a perfect location, and outstanding service. Amenities were good and well-maintained, though there is slight room for improvement. Highly recommended.

Room smell sour like someone had stayed in the rooms for months that have not shower. Inform Front Desk about the issues and they do nothing about it. Window facing next block wall. Will never come back and will not recommend

I've expected better service from the hotel. I've asked for a quiet room on the upper floor when booked, but the staff gave us the room right behind the lobby. So it was constantly noisy and inconvenient. The only bright side is its location.
