Response from Property: Dear Guest, thank you for staying at our hotel. The voice assistant in your room, Xiaodu, can be woken up by simply saying "Xiaodu Xiaodu". The lighting can be adjusted by voice to a bright mode, a soft mode, and a sleep mode with a one-touch switch on the bedside table. The bright mode is suitable for working at a desk, while the soft mode is suitable for resting and protecting your eyes. The one-touch sleep mode eliminates the hassle of figuring out the controls; the functions are clear and intuitive, making your stay easy and hassle-free. For any further questions, please feel free to call the front desk. Jitai Zhenxuan Shanghai Railway Station North Square Hotel looks forward to your visit.

I had a good stay at the hotel property , location is very convenient mostly the place is surrounded by restaurants as the hotel itself doesn’t have restaurants and it’s affordable. The receptionists was quite helpful tho they dnt speak English always have your translation app ready for them to help you, by either booking Didi or anything you need , one recommendation that they should hire locals that speak English as well tho it’s just basic communication. The room is clean want to give the housekeeping team a good rating too. only carpet in the hole way require to be replaced..

Response from Property: Dear Guest, thank you for staying at the JITAI Select Shanghai Railway Station North Square Hotel. Many guests from out of town are interested in where to go in Shanghai, so here's a brief overview. Staying at a hotel should be convenient and hassle-free, while exploring is much more fun. Take Line 1 from Shanghai Railway Station for three stops to People's Square Station, Exit 6, and you'll be right on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Transfer to Line 2 and take it for two stops to Lujiazui (Oriental Pearl Tower). Line 2 is Shanghai's most popular metro line, with over a dozen stations worth exploring. Nearby are People's Square, Nanjing East Road, and Nanjing West Road; across the river to Pudong's Lujiazui and Century Avenue, etc. Along this line, you'll find interesting trendy streets, culturally rich exhibition venues, and historical sites and residences, a vibrant mix of old and new. There are many Citiwalk guides on the Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) app; interested guests can refer to them and choose the areas that interest them to visit. Have a pleasant journey!
