先説優點：前台小哥非常專業，熱情，有問必答。看到我帶着小朋友，給的是小童拖鞋和小童牙刷。老實説我帶孩子出門旅遊這麼多次，這是第一次收到小童用品，很驚喜。外賣機器人送餐，很方便。剩下的大家可以不看🙈：整個走廊加房間都是煙味，看設備房子有點老了。我不介意房子老，但是煙味太重了。換個房間煙味更重。前台推薦補差價換有窗的，白天開窗通風，晚上關窗睡覺。但是有煙味的房間，一旦是封閉環境，煙味又會出來。所以最後我沒有換房間。晚上帶口罩睡覺。也是我出門這麼多次，第一次因為煙味戴口罩睡覺。廁所角落裡還有蜘蛛網和小蜘蛛。燒水壺是塑料的，不是不銹鋼。空調和排風聲音都很大，睡覺時衹好兩個都關掉，雖然説離上海動物園地鐵站很近，走走十幾分鍾，第一次我們地鐵出來走着去，累的不行。後面出入都叫滴滴了。酒店門口的路比較小，勉強兩車道。白天容易堵車。我選這裏就是因為離虹橋火車站近，趕火車快。確實快，滴滴兩分鐘到地鐵站，地鐵十幾分鍾到車站。不過我是一大早出門的，如果晚了後，可能會堵車。

還可以，酒店離地鐵站蠻近，就是房間設施裝修比較久了，來出差隨便選的這家酒店，晚上睡的很安逸，其他各方面都非常不錯，早餐的品種也是挺多的

頭兩天體驗差，牆上有污跡，房間有一股發黴的味道。洗手間沒有乾濕分離，洗澡的下水道不通暢，積水弄的洗手間濕漉漉的。進門地板是鼓起來的。第三天給我換了房間，問題基本都解決了。

酒店離動物園地鐵站不遠，門囗還有公交，交通方便，設施有點舊但也還行，乾乾淨淨、安安靜靜的，性價比不錯。

設施：一共入住三晚，第二天電梯壞了，被告知需要三天才能修好，房間在五樓，我們還有很重的行李箱，離開當天樓梯特別滑，從五樓到一樓到處都是水，也沒有人拖一下，也沒有人放個告示牌，我們拎行李箱在樓梯上摔了一跤，一直很疼，下午還去醫院拍片檢查有沒有摔壞，這個問題誰來負責？衞生：剛進房間的時候陽台也全是水，還有一股黴味和尿味，地上甚至還有煙頭，浴巾和毛巾上也有不同程度的污漬環境：很多年前裝修的酒店，環境更是不用説服務：要了個凳子要了兩天才送上來
