Stayed 1 night at the hotel after arriving at Shanghai Pudong airport. Drive is about 20-30mins away. Service from staff was excellent. They guide you to your room and assist with luggage. Room was clean. Breakfast was alright though the variety was not as extensive. Free shuttle available to different location like airport. Lastly, a small souvenir keychain was given as one check out.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Zhu really made the whole experience easier for me. I don’t speak Chinese, so I was a little worried at first, but she stayed calm and guided me through everything. It felt like someone was genuinely looking out for me. The place itself is very clean, the check in process took almost no effort, and the free airport pickup was a huge relief after a long flight. I left feeling grateful for how smooth everything turned out. Would definitely stay again.

來上迪玩不想住樂園酒店（太貴了沒必要，該省省該花花），看到有人推薦選了這家酒店，起初是被免費接送和泡腳盆吸引的，體驗後果然是為迪士尼專門打造的酒店服務，超級適合上迪遊玩居住。位置：有點偏，一路上村村的，畢竟迪士尼就在偏偏的地方。但是沒關係，酒店有接送服務。打車也好打。接送服務：接機是按照航班時間分配最近的一班，送機是按照航班時間分配最合適的一班。不坐飛機但是要坐地鐵去市區的也可以讓酒店送到機場去坐地鐵。但是注意⚠️去迪士尼的車衹有上午九點前有三趟，九點後才出門的衹能自己打車了。打車去迪士尼半個小時，40左右。晚上迪士尼接回來的車是10:20準時發車，一秒不多耽誤的，看完煙花不能逗留太久就要往回走了，因為回去的路上有個天橋還挺擠的，走起來會比較慢。回來的車上備了小餅乾和水作為補給，很貼心。衞生：OK，房間和走廊無異味。設施：有窗户可以打開透氣，房間空調有制暖可以自己調。拖鞋有點難找，找不到問前台。WiFi密碼也是，找不到就問前台。服務：超級貼心。落地直奔迪士尼的話可以讓接站司機衹把行李帶回去，人先去迪士尼，晚上回來再辦理入住。晚上11點前有夜宵，暴走迪士尼一天後回來可以吃碗現煮的麪喝碗甜湯再睡覺。還可以和客房人員説需要泡腳，會送泡腳葯材包和泡腳桶到房間。入住前中後都會問入住體驗，工作人員遇到都會問好。自助早餐：開放到十點，實際上時間比較寬鬆，稍微超時一點點也沒問題，我九點半才去都還很充足，食物補充及時。現煮的麪好吃，筍好吃，中式菜品都挺好的，衹是西式糕點區選擇少且都是成品，比較乾巴，香精味也很重。

和朋友約好一起去上海迪士尼，真的太開心啦，新的瘋狂動物城主題太好玩了！在網上搜了半天，最後選了雲和夜泊上海浦東機場店，預訂了兩晚的雅緻雙床房，還是蠻值得的。我們當天下班趕高鐵到上海虹橋站，轉乘市域線到浦東機場，給酒店打電話來接我們的，對兩個女生來説安全感滿滿～而且迪士尼真的很遠，打車太貴了，酒店來接就很好！剛到酒店門口就有工作人員主動出來幫你拎行李，問你第二天的行程，我們去的迪士尼，會提醒你來回大巴時間和早餐時間。辦理入住的時候前台小姐姐主動升級了房間，太感謝啦！升級過的房間好漂亮、寬敞！我們買了早享卡，早上來不及，給了袋子讓我們自己挑早餐打包車上吃，而且送了雨衣給我們，就不用買啦。坐上6點20的車出發啦～起的早的姐妹可以在酒店悠閑的吃早餐，還是很豐盛的，第二天不趕行程和閨蜜慢悠悠的吃了早飯。回來的班車是22：20的，腿都要斷了，步數20000步打底。回來路上就點了外賣，周圍外賣還是挺多的，點了燒烤和炸雞都不錯。送到大堂，會有工作人員給你送上去，酒店的電梯是要刷房卡的，其他人是上不去的，這樣還是很安全的。而且酒店挺乾淨的，也沒有蟲子，也很安靜，幾乎聽不到其他房客的聲音，旁邊就有一個生活超市，對面也有很多家吃飯的，退房時間可以免費延遲兩個小時，到下午兩點，真是很完美，可以慢悠悠的。雲和夜泊是本次上海之行的最佳酒店！

來迪士尼玩，姐妹們可以選擇這家[偷笑R][偷笑R][偷笑R]強烈安利雲和夜泊酒店體驗感真的很不錯。我是跟小姐妹一起過來的，來的時候他們員工都非常的熱情，前台的紅棗茶非常香，好喝。酒店離迪士尼真的巨近！關鍵有還有免費班車接送迪士尼！去迪士尼辦入住的時候就可以預約，具體時間和地點，他們都會主動問你坐哪一班車去？然後給你預約班車，他們家有三班6:20、 7:30、8:50。6:20是為買早享卡提供的，還可以做7:30/8:50正常入園，一個就是早一點，一個是晚一點。我們忘了進班車羣，工作人員主動幫我們把二維碼拍好了照片發給我們，方便我們做返程班車，還貼心問我們是否有安全到達！！回來後還在房間貼心的準備了泡腳桶，姐妹也太暖了吧……酒店離惠南地鐵站、浦東機場、野生動物園、海昌海洋公園、上海天文館等景點也都很近，而且酒店還有機場✈接送服務，再也不用擔心急急忙忙的趕時間，而且早餐時間蠻長的，第1天吃早餐6點就開始了，所以去的早的姐妹們，也可以吃到咱們家的早餐，早餐也是很不錯的。種類挺多的喲。第2天玩這一天很累，早餐也可以睡個飽飽的覺，睡到9:30去吃早餐，10點才結束這個我感覺是懶人福音。感這個價位服務很不錯，下次來迪士尼還來住！！

和閨蜜的上海之旅，雲和夜泊（浦東機場店）絕對是MVP，沒有之一！它就像一個萬能“百寶箱”，把我們所有需求都想到了，而且關鍵這些服務還全免費，感動到哭！🚗 免費接送，無縫銜接！接送浦東機場/地鐵站：我們飛機晚點，晚上才到浦東，落地之後就收到師父發的短訊，及時和師傅溝通後，師傅也很準時的去接到我們。接送迪士尼:去迪士尼也有班車，早上送去，晚上看完煙花接回，省下了好大一筆打車費，而且完全不操心！🍜 深夜食堂，治癒靈魂！暴走迪士尼一整天，晚上10點多筋疲力盡地回到酒店，居然有免費夜宵在等我們！是熱乎乎的餛飩和麪條，味道一點都不敷衍，超級好吃！和閨蜜一邊吃一邊感歎，這是什麼神仙服務！ 🍽️ 自助早餐，豐盛到扶牆！早餐是免費的自助餐，中西式都有，品種超多！從炒麪、粥品到麪包、沙拉，味道都很在線。我們吃得飽飽的，為去迪士尼暴走儲備了滿滿能量。💖 服務貼心，面面俱到！從進門幫拿行李的前台小哥，到耐心解答所有問題的工作人員，每個人都發自內心地熱情。感覺他們不是在完成任務，而是在真心歡迎朋友。所有免費項目都安排得井井有條，這種“面面俱到”的貼心，真的讓人沒法不愛。這次旅行，因為選擇了雲和夜泊，幸福感提升了200%！已經和閨蜜約定，下次來上海，絕對毫不猶豫還住這裏！

之前也是看🍠推薦來的，訂房之前電話諮詢也很熱情~離迪士尼樂園15公里（開車30分鐘左右），酒店有迪士尼樂園的免費班車，班次也挺多的可以自由選擇~我們一下車就有工作人員給我們打招呼幫提行李，辦入住時給我們介紹了去迪士尼的班車時間以及吃早餐的時間等等，並給我們預約迪士尼的接送班車，讓我們掃碼進班車羣，回來的班車和時間都會詳細的發在羣裏。辦理完入住，去房間時也有工作人員給我們拿行李，帶我們到房間，房間環境不錯，很乾凈，擺放一次性洗護用品，空調和窗簾都是電動的，衞生間乾濕分離，房間還有全身鏡，很方便~去迪士尼如果想玩雷鳴山漂流沒帶雨衣還可以去前台領免費的雨衣哦！宵夜雖然選擇不多，但味道真的可以!早餐才是王炸！超級超級豐富好吃！因為我們收拾太久怕趕不上班車，就決定打包帶走。· 也因為這個打包，我們在迪士尼省了不少錢！園區裏餐食有多貴懂的都懂，我們靠着酒店早餐，一路逛吃毫無壓力！晚上迪士尼班車上提供免費的紅糖薑茶，還有小零食，房間也提前準備了泡腳桶，給人感覺他們的服務真的很用心哦~~如果你也在糾結去迪士尼住哪裡，我的親身經歷告訴你：來雲和夜泊浦東機場店，沖就完事了！💖
