The room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The late-night congee was delicious, but the pickles were a bit too salty. It's a shame I missed breakfast. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get to other places. Plus, the metro station is easily accessible without having to worry about the rain.

The location is great, very convenient for transportation, as it's only 15 meters from the nearest subway exit.

Extremely convenient, right near the subway! We stayed for two nights because of my child's middle school entrance exam, and Atour's service was absolutely impeccable. Every staff member was gentle and polite, making our stay comfortable from check-in to check-out. Any requests were handled promptly and effectively. The room was well-maintained, and the thoughtful details made us feel very at ease. Highly recommend!

When it comes to hotels, Atour is still my favorite. The bedding is super comfortable, and the service is excellent. This is a newly renovated hotel, so it's clean and hygienic, with smart home features. It's also right outside Beixinjing subway station, which is incredibly convenient.

Convenient location to the exhibtion centre but but far from town. Surrounding with MRT station just beside, simple eateries, Starbucks and Mcdonald nearby.. Room is clean. No frills stay.

The location is super convenient, right outside the Line 2 subway exit, making it incredibly easy to get to Hongqiao Railway Station, Nanjing Road, and more. The room, although compact, is well-equipped. The service attitude is excellent, with quick responses to requests. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options. 👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel felt quite old and dated, the breakfast selection was limited, and there weren't many amenities. Compared to other Atour hotels I've stayed at before, this one was a significant step down, and it wasn't even cheap.

The hotel is located just next to Beixinjing station, making it easy to travel to NECC by metro. Room is big and has a big table for work. Bedding is also comfortable. I also like the laundry service provided by the hotel. However, sound proofing in the room is not so good. Another down side for the hotel is that there’s only staircase to go up from street, it’s challenging to get into the lobby if there’s heavy luggages. Overall I will still recommend this hotel because of the location and kind staffs.

The service was excellent! When I arrived, I told them my needs and they upgraded my room for free. They also offered us hot tea and were incredibly welcoming throughout our stay. My impression of Atour just keeps getting better, and the bedding was super comfortable!

Everything was great all around. As a member, I received complimentary breakfast, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The cleanliness was excellent! I initially thought the window would face the hallway, but it actually faced outside, which was a pleasant surprise and offered good ventilation.

The service was great, they even gave us a free room upgrade. However, the hotel's decor and facilities are quite dated, it doesn't feel like an Atour hotel at all. The laundry room has residential-style washers and dryers, and the building's soundproofing is terrible. You can hear the subway every few minutes, making it impossible for light sleepers to get any rest.

The hotel is super close, just a short walk from Metro Line 2! The only minor inconvenience is that you can't park directly in front of the lobby. You have to get off at a nearby intersection and walk to the hotel entrance with your luggage, but it's not far at all.

There were cockroaches in the room 😭 I found them when I was about to check out. The hotel offered some souvenirs as compensation, which were just two boxes of vanishing cream and some tea. I wasn't going to write a bad review initially, but when I got home and was organizing my paper bag, I noticed a small, moving dark shadow inside. I took it out and it was actually a small cockroach! We don't have these kinds of bugs in Shandong, this is infuriating. What if it gets introduced into my home like this?! This isn't something that can be resolved with a souvenir. Moreover, it left a very bad ending to my trip. Now I have to take everything out to disinfect and buy roach bait. How can such a large chain hotel not even be able to manage cockroach extermination?!

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the housekeeper tidied up promptly, replenishing items as needed. Environment: Good. Service: Excellent, the front desk staff were great. Breakfast was delicious.
