一直入住的酒店，房間安靜隔音好，乾淨舒適。很多名人入住過，服務特別好，前台餘經理每次都能夠記住我的喜好安排好房間，服務人員都很熱情，這也是我一直選擇這家酒店的原因。早餐豐盛，選擇很多，酒店自帶一個標準泳池，人也不多。

新年和聖誕，兩個重要的節日都選擇住在衡山花園酒店，大堂高端明亮大氣，寸土寸金的地方還有個大大的花園🌸前台服務也特別貼心，負責客户關糸的童主任還給我們免費升級了房間，這樣好的地段，這麼好的服務，這幺優美而又鬧中取靜的環境，特別是價格又適宜😄😄衹要來上海，必住衡山花園酒店

房間乾淨整潔，前台小童服務及時有效，耐心而又貼心，專業，能快速解決問題，大氣端莊，如同盛開的鮮花一樣綻放芬芳，如怒放的太陽一樣散播温暖。

We used the government-subsidized tourism consumption vouchers to book a deluxe king-size bed room in the VIP building for Christmas Eve. Two elderly people and a child under two years old stayed there. Before checking in, we applied for an extra afternoon tea and happy hour in the executive lounge through the Ctrip platform and the hotel agreed. When we checked in, Ctrip also upgraded us to a standard suite. We were very happy and regarded it as a Christmas gift. The VIP building is the former Hengshan Hotel with a history of 90 years. It has a good location and belongs to the Xujiahui business district. It also has its own garden and children's playground. From the time we checked in at the VIP building to the time we checked out, we were warmly received by the baggage handlers (one of them was named Li Ningbo, who helped me find a parking space with my luggage), the front desk, the guest rooms, the executive lounge, the restaurant waiters, etc., and we felt like home. The hotel facilities and sanitary conditions are very good and we are very satisfied.
