地理位置很好但是房間非常悶熱！！中央空調不製冷，冰箱也不製冷，一到晚上房間的温度升至28左右，很不透氣！
還有淋浴間設計有點奇怪，是在一個隔板間
The location is great, but the room is extremely stuffy! The central air conditioning doesn’t cool at all, and the refrigerator isn’t working either. At night, the temperature in the room rises to around 28°C, and it feels very poorly ventilated! Also, the shower area is oddly designed, it’s in a partitioned-off space.

Travel at shanghai for 4 nights, this is the worst room experience ever. Room at 3rd floor, less Airflow, broken air cond and inside the room is so hot.
The only good is location, hotel lobby only have one toilet. For this price i can get better hotel

The hotel room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff were friendly and we are very satisfied with the daily housekeeping.
Location is convenient. The nearest subway station is less than 10 mins away from hotel. There’s a 7-11 below our hotel.

Great location! The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. The housekeeping staff were friendly and provided good service.
Another nice thing is that they offer free washing machines and dryers for guests. The only downsides are that there’s no bidet spray and there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the building.

The service provided was truly heartwarming. After checking out, I realized that I had left my iPhone charger in the room. I called the front desk via a free internet call through Trip.com, and the receptionist, Zhang Shuang (张爽), was extremely friendly and helpful. She not only helped retrieve my charger but also went the extra mile to arrange for it to be couriered to our next hotel destination. Thumbs up to JI Hotel for such outstanding service!

The hotel was located in a very convenient location within a few minutes of the nearest metro station as well as Nanjing East Pedestrian Street. Many shops to eat and get coffee nearby. The condition of the room was also great.

Great location — near the train station and within walking distance to Nanjing Pedestrian Street, yet in a quiet area. Clean room, and I love the laundry room that notifies you when your clothes are ready via QR code. The reception was super friendly, and I got a room upgrade with a window. Only thing that could be improved is the hairdryer.

Hotel parcel room is a mess, hotel guest have to find your own item piece by piece. Would appreciate hotel practice to find the parcel and reconfirm the item with hotel guest to prevent misplace of parcels
