Pros: 1. The hotel is very centrally located and easy to find. 2. The front desk staff are professional and helpful. 3. The free breakfast quality and pick-up system are great, if you have WeChat. For non-Chinese visitors, the system can be confusing, as many digitized systems are in China. But if you download and learn how to use WeChat, it's manageable. Cons: 1. I don't know if it's an issue. If you want to purchase additional nights, the front desk would eagerly ask you to make the purchase directly with them. However, I found out that the cost of purchasing directly with them could be much higher than purchasing with trip.com. The hotel is in a great location, with convenient transportation and dining around. There are restaurants and bars in the Jiashan alley opposite, and Shaanxi South Road is across the street. Walking to the end of Jiashan Road on the left side of the hotel gate is the Jiashan Campus of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. There are many specialty coffee shops along the road, as well as old alleys with a strong cultural, coffee, and market atmosphere. It is a good place to experience the atmosphere of Shanghai.
