Room smelled like someone was smoking in (despite that is not allowed) but without incidents

Nice location but I was given a room with no windows and very thin walls with noisy neighbours. I stayed here 3 times but no more I need a new place to stay in Sh

It was an amazing and relaxing stay. Fresh bedsheets and clean bathroom.

Nice hotel with many local restaurants around. However the room was very small and hard to move around with the luggage inside.

Pros: 1. The hotel is very centrally located and easy to find. 2. The front desk staff are professional and helpful. 3. The free breakfast quality and pick-up system are great, if you have WeChat. For non-Chinese visitors, the system can be confusing, as many digitized systems are in China. But if you download and learn how to use WeChat, it's manageable. Cons: 1. I don't know if it's an issue. If you want to purchase additional nights, the front desk would eagerly ask you to make the purchase directly with them. However, I found out that the cost of purchasing directly with them could be much higher than purchasing with trip.com. Pretty standard for a place where you just want to sleep and then get out. Didn't experience breakfast so can't comment on it.

Good value for location.

The hotel is in a great location, with convenient transportation and dining around. There are restaurants and bars in the Jiashan alley opposite, and Shaanxi South Road is across the street. Walking to the end of Jiashan Road on the left side of the hotel gate is the Jiashan Campus of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. There are many specialty coffee shops along the road, as well as old alleys with a strong cultural, coffee, and market atmosphere. It is a good place to experience the atmosphere of Shanghai.

The room is clean and tidy, and the hotel is conveniently located. The service attitude is super good and responsive. The hotel also has washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient for people traveling.

The location is quiet and the surrounding area is suitable for walking. You can walk to Shaanxi South Road, Sinan Road, Fuxing Middle Road. The weather was very good during the few days I was there, so it was just right to roam the small streets. It was very nice

I booked this hotel for the convenience of going to Ruijin Hospital. I have stayed here several times. The price was very cheap before. I don't know why the price has skyrocketed this year. Maybe it's because of the good location. Breakfast is packed and delivered to the room for each person. The variety is not bad. It is a very ordinary fast hotel meal standard.

5 minutes from the subway station, parking is free, the room has enough space, the water flow is strong enough, it is relatively quiet, the air conditioner works well, and the bed is good. The front desk service is warm, meticulous and thoughtful. When checking in, the front desk enthusiastically introduced the various services in the room. When there is a problem with the room, the service staff solves it promptly. Overall, a great experience!
