Broadwaymansions Hotel Shanghai

The location is superb! Don't bother with those overpriced, new hotels; they won't give you that authentic old Shanghai vibe. This place is a hidden gem in Shanghai, offering historical insights and a panoramic rooftop terrace. The Bund, North Bund, and Suzhou Creek are right outside your door. The only downside is the expensive dining, but that doesn't stop you from exploring the many fantastic options nearby.

The staff were highly efficient in their communication; they had already arranged the extra bed and room location as requested, and even upgraded our room type, which was a delightful surprise. Every staff member we encountered, whether in the lobby or the gym, greeted us warmly and proactively offered assistance, patiently answering our questions. Their service attitude was truly commendable. The only downside was the breakfast; the food quality and taste were mediocre, and the selection was limited, not quite meeting the standards expected of a five-star hotel.

The rooms are very clean and the hotel has a rich history. The staff were warm and attentive. You can see views of the Bund, Lujiazui, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, and the Suzhou River. At night, you can even go to the rooftop to enjoy the Bund's night view. The hotel's afternoon tea is also delicious. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Broadway Mansion Hotel in Shanghai was excellent. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, the environment was great, and our room was clean with complete amenities. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍

After much deliberation, I still chose the Shanghai Mansion. The location is truly excellent! You can see Shanghai's landmarks during both sunrise and sunset. It's convenient for getting anywhere, and a stroll along the Suzhou Creek North Bund is incredibly easy. This year, I even walked to Suhewan MixC, checked out the 'Liaocao Xiaogou' (messy puppy) art installation, and stumbled upon a beer festival. The hotel service is fantastic! I'll probably stay here again next time.

The hotel service was excellent and very kid-friendly. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the bed rails, as my child fell out of bed during the night. Otherwise, it was great! Today, I almost missed my high-speed train, but the front desk quickly helped with check-out and refunded my deposit. The concierge also assisted with my luggage. A very pleasant trip overall.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable, prime location at the confluence of the Huangpu River and Suzhou Creek, right at the foot of Waibaidu Bridge. Its unique historical and cultural charm makes it excellent value for money. The front desk, concierge, and luggage storage services were all warm and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Chinese and Western breakfast was outstanding.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, clean and tidy rooms, and impeccable service. It has a rich history and offers good value for money, especially considering its Bund location. Highly recommended. Photos taken inside the room.

Although the Shanghai Mansion building is quite old, the hotel's service and facilities are excellent, and its location is particularly superb.
