Booked a collection executive room and was very happy with my room on the 29th floor with the most perfect view on Shanghai's skyline. Hotel is perfectly located on the Nanjing East road in the very center of Shanghai. Hotel itself and rooms are a bit worn out - need renovation in the nearest future but room was immaculately clean and provided with fresh bottled water every day.
Breakfast was very good - both chinese and western. cuisine provided, lot of fruit, pastry and very good coffee.
Special thanks to the executive lounge manager Annie who is the most friendly and helpful lady with perfect knowledge of english language. During the happy hours and afternoon tea time Ms. Annie explained clearly all the choices of food served and the beverages.

Convenient location in nanjing pedestrian road. Lots of food, shops and convenience stores. About 7-8 mins walk from 2 subway lines. Walking distance to the bund. Spacious room. Helpful staff.
Please note that the lobby is on the 2F. There’s also an entrance that leads straight to Nanjing road on 1F. Great stay.

Breakfast a lot of various type of bread.
Room facilities is old for example Hair dryer is old modern.
Location is good. Go to hotel level 1 then walk outside is Miniso flagship

We were really happy with our stay at the Radisson Collection Hyland. The location is excellent especially if you are travelling to Shanghai for the first time as there is direct access to Nanjing Road East and you’re just a short walk from the Bund. The staff were great.The room was spacious and cleaned well everyday. This hotel really goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need to be comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The best location , I love the vip club. The excellent services , the late check out were provided. The bun view from the 30th floor very nice.
