服務員人員服務態度特別好，而且客房打掃的也非常的乾淨，環境的設施設備也挺不錯的，而且還有聖誕節的氛圍感有很多聖誕節的東西環境佈置也挺不錯的，還有免費的小禮品，還有免費的夜宵，反正味道也挺不錯的，早餐就變得特別豐盛，種類有很多中餐西餐都是有的而且環境有中西式結合的自我感覺是非常的滿意，而且工作人員服務態度真的特別好，各處都讓我感覺到我很滿意，很喜歡這類，可以推薦給大家，希望大家可以來嘗試一下，對待小朋友也特別好，還有玩具設施：這些所有都可以全部都拿五星

The hotel offers an impressive level of service. The location is very convenient—just about 250 meters from Line 14 (Zhongning Road Station) and close to Zhongshan Shopping Mall and the Zhenru area. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly took care of us throughout our trip. The hotel also provides a complimentary morning buffet and a nighttime noodle service, both of which are delicious, high-quality, and really refreshing. The water pressure in the bathroom is great, and the room is quiet with no noise from outside. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in Shanghai that’s truly worth the money, I think this is a great choice. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories in Shanghai. 💛✨
