The hotel service was excellent, and Rosten was very warm and polite. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the view was beautiful and stunning, overlooking the Bund's architectural complex. The hotel's location is great and very convenient. My stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely come back next time!

The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were attentive, friendly, and provided meticulous service. Overall, it was pretty good. I carefully compared it with other options before coming, considering the surrounding scenery, price, and convenience. After staying here, I genuinely feel it's a great choice. Personally, I think it's one of the five-star hotels near the Bund with the best value for money for Bund river views. My family and I came to visit and booked a Bund View Room and a Pearl River View Room. It was incredibly popular during the May Day holiday. We arrived around 11 AM with an elderly person. I understood that there were no clean, empty rooms available yet. The Pearl River View Room was even more in demand. When we returned to the hotel around 2 PM, there still wasn't a clean room. Around 3 PM, since we had a senior over 90 years old who was really struggling, after repeated communication with the front desk staff, we were given a small upgrade. I'm not sure if it was from a Pearl River View to an Executive Club room? To be honest, I didn't feel there was much difference in the upgraded room type; it still only offered a partial view of the Pearl. I'm not sure which room type on Xiaohongshu shows the direct frontal view. The breakfast variety and taste were decent, standard for a five-star hotel. What was quite thoughtful was that during May Day, breakfast hours were extended to 11 AM, which was very friendly for late risers – you could even treat it as lunch. P.S. All the front desk staff and managers were very pleasant, which I was quite happy about. I don't really remember much else.

The shower drain was clogged, the bathtub had hair in it, check-in took forever, there was no one to show us to our room, and the elevator card reader didn't work (when I asked, they said, 'Didn't you try the other side?'). There was no hand soap, but a huge sign about compensation for damages was prominently displayed. The curtains were manual, and the old guy who came to fix the AC was rude. Fabulous! Minimalist everything!

The front desk staff spoke multiple languages, and the hotel facilities were very high-end. Most importantly, it offered great value for money, with some rooms even having a view of the Bund and Huangpu River. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, truly excellent!

The hotel environment is decent, but the service is a bit lacking. There was no bottled water when we checked in; we had to call for it to be delivered, even though the other room we booked had it. I guess housekeeping forgot to restock it. They have a bar with complimentary drinks, and milk for seniors, which is a nice touch – perfect for replenishing energy after a long journey. However, calling the front desk was a hassle; it took multiple attempts to get through. Our room had a view of the Bund, but not the Lujiazui side, only the Bund itself. We had planned to go to the rooftop bar to see the Lujiazui night view, but it was booked out and we couldn't get in. At night, perhaps because of the bar, there was constant loud music that was quite disruptive and vibrated through the room. It went on until very late, which affected our rest. Breakfast was quite extensive. Overall, it was okay, considering we only stayed one night. I forgot to take a picture of the Bund view from the window, but I did manage to get a shot of a bird on a distant pier.

Excellent service and a fantastic location! Ctrip upgraded my room for the holiday, which I really appreciated 👍. The value for money is superb, and you can easily walk to many great sights and recreational spots nearby. Room service was also great 👍.
