We had an extremely comfortable stay! The room we had was clean and all the staff always greet us with smile on their faces. They have free laundry services as well that made our stay easy. Thanks so much! We’ll come back again when we visit Shanghai!

Helpfull receptionist and the room is very clean for good price. The location are great only walking distance to eat and nanjing road.

Booked this for my friends and their family, who were visiting Shanghai for the first time. The location is key—it's super central, within walking distance of The Bund, Yu Garden, and Nanjing East Road. You can also easily walk to the Nanjing East Road and People's Square metro stations. My friends said the service was great; if there had been a fridge in the room, it would've been absolutely perfect!

the location is perfect. free laundry is available too although only 2 washing machines and 2 driers. i love staying here overall. very convenient.

Everything was great, full marks. The location was convenient overall. I recommend taking the metro to People's Square Station, Exit 15. If you have large luggage, walk into Raffles City mall, take the escalator to the 1st floor, then exit and walk to the hotel (about 400 meters). The room was a good size and clean. The housekeeping staff were excellent. The water pressure was strong, which I loved. However, the air conditioning is centralized and switches to heating in winter, so if it's hot, I recommend not turning it on. You can get extra drinking water at the lobby. I wish the breakfast had more variety; that would make it perfect. The lobby staff were cheerful, happy to serve, and always ready to help.
