Because this hotel is close to Shanghai Disneyland, I decided to book this hotel with my friends. When you arrive at the hotel's lobby, the appearance is more like a community center reception than a hotel. I didn't pay much attention to it at the time, thinking that as long as the guest room was "clean and well-maintained," it would be fine. When I first entered the room, I saw that the lower left corner of the full-length mirror on the left side was broken. Unfortunately, I was ill at the time, so I just fell into bed and fell asleep. After eating out at night and returning to the room, I took a closer look and it really scared me to death! The restroom and bathroom were full of other people's hair (it couldn't possibly be my length) and debris. No matter behind the door, under the water, or on the easily visible ground, there was hair everywhere! If you look closely, there are (very long) hairs on the floor in the room, and even on the bed! It was too late, so I couldn't even take a shower, so I had to sleep. The next morning, because I had to leave for Disneyland early in the morning, I didn't have time to complain to the front desk. So I could only turn on the "Please clean up now" light in front of the door, hoping that the cleaners would clean up those things. As a result, when I returned to the room at night, I could only describe it as "as it was". The cleaning light was not turned off, and all the hair and debris were left in place. I couldn't help but go to the front desk to argue. The staff said that they would change me to another room and that it was "guaranteed" to be clean. As a result, when I opened the room and checked, the amount of hair and dirt in the room was no less than in the original room. I was really angry at that moment! I told the front desk clerk and he didn't reply. I suffer from eczema. During my three-day and two-night stay, I was unable to take a shower for two consecutive nights due to such poor sanitary conditions. The condition of my skin kept getting worse, making the trip very disappointing. In addition to the rooms, there are also many visible debris on the carpets in the corridors on each floor. Two of the four light bulbs in the elevator were burned out, and the remaining one was flashing on and off. All the sockets in the room are unusable! The plug slid right out as soon as it was inserted, which really pissed me off! Will never stay at this hotel again! P.S. Cigarette butts were also found in the bathroom of my friend’s room.
