Jiaji Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao NECC）

The hotel upgraded us to a newly renovated room. It was fresh, spacious, and bright. We also added breakfast, which had a great variety, and my family said it was an excellent choice. The surrounding transportation was also very convenient!

The hotel was converted from a Ji Hotel, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The layout is nice, the facilities are complete, parking is convenient, check-in was quick, the rooms are comfortable, the price is reasonable, and the environment is pleasant. I recommend it.

Facilities: Express hotel bar! A whole Japanese style, Hygiene: The sanitation is really bad. The corners of the room are black, the area under the mirror is also black and not cleaned. There are a lot of hairs in the gaps at the head of the bed. The drain of the washbasin is black, and the rock mouth above is also black. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Environment: General Service: Not very good I will not stay in this hotel anymore. Breakfast was really bad I am really disappointed to stay in such a hotel at this room rate

The wall is peeling. The hygiene is average. It's a dog meat under the guise of sheep. It's either the Four Seasons Hotel or the Hanting. If you come for the Four Seasons, don't book it ...

The overall experience is very average. It is in the same building as Hanting Hotel. It is really the worst Seasons Hotel I have stayed in in the country. Compared with small roadside hotels, it is relatively cleaner and has better service and a better brand. The towels in the room have frayed edges, they are the hotel's limited edition tassel style. Hygiene: Hygiene is just average. There are old water stains on the shower, faucet, glass and mirror, and there are urine stains on the toilet lid. Environment: It is dark everywhere from the entrance to the lobby. Is it an escape room theme? Service: None, and the attitude is very bad Facilities: Very old, not sure if this hotel belongs to the All Seasons Hotel. The toiletries were just thrown casually on the table. Breakfast; ****, shares a restaurant with Hanting, with very few varieties, just porridge, noodles, wontons and a few vegetables, etc. The attitude of the restaurant staff is very bad. I wanted a bowl of wontons, but there was a bowl of wontons on the table that had been cooked for a long time and was already rotten, but they insisted on giving it to me. I asked to cook a new bowl, but they were reluctant.

The front desk service was excellent; they even helped extend my stay.

Overall, it is very average and does not match the average all-season hotel. The hygiene is very average: there are stains on the bedding (Picture 1) and damaged areas (I forgot to take pictures) Boil a kettle: I wanted to boil water for a drink in the morning, but when I opened the kettle, I found that there was water in it (Picture 2). I don’t know how many customers had used it... I didn’t clean it and didn’t check or clean it... I didn’t want to drink anything at that moment. Already... Bed: Several types of pillows, which was a nice touch. But the bed is too high, higher than other hotels where I stayed, and the overall feeling is very average. Too dry: Worried about being too dry, I didn’t turn on the air conditioner at night. I sprinkled a lot of water on the floor before going to bed, and my nose was still dry and bleeding when I woke up in the morning... It is recommended to put a humidifier in the guest room for the convenience of guests.

The towels and bath towels are all old and threadbare, the linens cannot cover up the ugly smell of the pillows and quilts. The Four Seasons Hotel is now not even as good as an ordinary budget hotel.
