Great stay and comfortable. Recommended for families for even friends. Breakfast is good as well. Service is really good with the manager helping us to settle our Mei Tuan app.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us to locate our deliveries even when they were delivered wrongly to another outlet. Whenever I need anything, be it scissors or screw driver, they are able to provide. Recommended!

Locations easy access by walking distance to attractions The bund, train station, tour bus station, convenience store and restaurant. Staff services and breakfast buffet is great. Bonus with laundry with dryer and supper! Great stay and definitely will return for next trip here.

Location is its biggest advantage - conveniently located within walking distance of Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, The Bund, shopping malls, and numerous dining options. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. However, it was relatively compact, which may be a consideration for travellers with larger luggage. One drawback was the room view. The room had a small window with limited natural light and little to no view. As the hotel does not have high floors, guests should not expect city skyline or Bund views. Overall, it is a good choice for travellers who prioritise location, cleanliness, and convenience, though those seeking spacious rooms or scenic views may wish to consider other options.

Location is great, just about 5 mins to the Bund. Also very near to Nanjing Road where all the great shopping is located at. Room is spacious. I booked a family room for 4 pax and the space is good for all of us. Shower is great too. But I must say their counter staff will need to improve in their service to their hotel guests. - minimal greetings with almost no smiles to welcome the hotel guests - provided a staff personal WeChat account but couldn’t get him when he’s off. Other China hotels I stayed will provide a hotel WeChat account where you can reach them 24/7 - worse nightmare was when I arranged our purchase from To Summer which is worth a few hundred dollars, and when we went back to the hotel to pick it up, my package was left together with the other food delivery n there was no verification required from the counter staff but just collect our package. Meaning that anyone could have just collected it!

Solid location if you want to stay around Bund! Room size and hotel breakfast are both decent. Front desk is also helpful with delivery orders. Comes with washing machines and dryers but it’s usually packed (no surprise) just need to time it well.
