I was there for 5 days exploring Shanghai for the first time. 10 minutes walk from the Bund and the Metro. Shopping street is also close. Rooms are ok for 1 person at a reasonable prize.

The lady at the front desk was kind. She tried desperately to communicate with me using a translator. The next morning, when I asked another front desk staff how to call a taxi, she helped me by operating the app. The room was not large, but it was clean and tidy. The walls were not very thin, so I could hear other people's voices, but no one was talking during the night, so I was able to sleep comfortably.

It's OK, this is the price. The facilities and beds may not be very good. The door is not soundproof. People talking outside can be heard inside. There is a window in the room that leads to the corridor. There is a wooden board outside the glass that blocks it.
