Apartment was very nice, clean, has a washing machine, fridge, nice bathroom. Overall I'm super satisfied with it and it was super easy communication with landlord (person in charge).
Comfy bed, nice view, open loft... For this amount of money, it's impossible to find anything similar. I'll go back here again for sure!

It’s an apartment in a residential building. Very dirty and uncomfortable. It wouldn’t give you cancellation option once booked. Water was leaking in the bathroom. View is great but that’s it. No cleaning services unless you pay more for it. Spend a little more to get a real hotel. We were out the whole 2 days and the next door had the nerve to write a sign telling us to obey the rules of China in English. I really don’t know what they meant by that. The apartment was so uncomfortable we only went back there to sleep. I don’t recall us making as noise at all. The whole stay was uncomfortably dirty. Also you better have WeChat cause there’s no one to check you in when you get there. Everything is through WeChat messages.

We did like our stay at this location. Come and stay at this location, you won't regret it, all the shops and attractions are all nearby. The view was superb at the night. However, its time to change the sofa bed and the mattress. We did not have a good comfortable rest on them. Waking up, we felt we slept on hard surface. They already reached thier lifetime in term of cusions/sponge. I believe, it now time they renew it. Apart from that we felt safe and secure there, the owner was very professional and ready to help.

The hotel's location was excellent. We had originally planned to take our child for a night stroll along the Bund, but we'd been out and about so much recently and were quite tired from the journey. By the time we got back to the hotel after 6 PM, our child was already asleep in my arms and slept soundly until morning.
The price was very reasonable. The homestay was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, laundry detergent, and a microwave. It was great to be able to catch up on all our laundry!
Check-out was at noon, but our child wanted a nap, so we were able to extend our stay until 2 PM for a small additional charge.
