一進門有煙味兒，排風扇壞了，開窗户一天散去。屋裡比較潮濕，可能是沒有暖氣吧。空調開起來外機聲音大。隔音比較差，窗外走廊的聲音都很明顯。前台有時沒人。
好處是窗外視野比較不錯，地理位置還可以距離靜安寺站走路5分鐘就到。

想要一個安靜的房間，前台確實給了一個比較安靜的沒有影響睡覺謝謝，但房間不是方正的，衹有一扇小窗户，房間總有一股螺螄粉一樣的臭味，窗户壞了是鎖不上的，門框也是翹起來脱離牆面的，電視是沒有信號的遙控也是壞的，座機電話是打不通的，淋浴花傘是臟的，但離辦事的地方很近而且交通方便，公安局不遠讓我有一種安全感雖然入住後聽説這正是原萬國殯儀館的所在，沒關係不用擔心沒有異常發生，我就當自己和諸多名人隔空相遇，不是人人都會有這種經歷的，300一天挺好😊

半夜11點到酒店，發現房間床單很臟，上面有很明顯的圓珠筆劃痕，和前台溝通，很順利，幫忙換房間，事情解決了。後面一個女的，自稱是服務員，態度囂張的跑房間裏面，沒有一句道歉，就對我和我的家人進行言語攻擊，説是我們自己劃的。她作為服務人員沒有任何責任，**叨叨的一大通就走了，沒有人幫忙換房間，我和媽媽在後半夜自己搬運行李去新房間，後去前台反應情況，得知該人員為經理。該次入住體驗極差，不會再入住該集團的酒店。

Perfect Base: Great Location, Spotless, and Fantastic Value✅
This hotel is an excellent choice. The location is incredibly convenient for transportation and accessing the main attractions. The rooms and common areas are consistently very clean and well-maintained. Best of all, for the quality and convenience offered, the cost represents outstanding value for money. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

格林豪泰酒店是我見過的最臟的酒店！房間裏的被子，帶有污垢的臟的被芯在睡覺過程中都跑出來了！走道里的地毯也是黑乎乎的，真臟！房間裏的空調也很臟，表面有深色污垢，吹出來的風也很臟，一整宿都感到呼吸不適，並引發咳嗽！給前台服務員交還時，她也是冷冰冰的樣子！再也不會選擇住格林豪泰這麼臟的酒店了！
