Overall everything was great payani,Ni assistant mgr ,and Ariel they went extra to upgrade my room.
I recommend the hotel to my American travelers if they go to minhang area .Actually is better than other hotels in Shanghai center.
Breakfast was good with lots of Chinese and western food .

半夜入住睡覺被熱醒，空調温度、風量調到最大仍然沒有效果，致電前台和我説空調沒問題，第二天退房後要求酒店檢查空調，查完和我狡辯説沒問題可以送早餐券、自主券，請你們大堂經理閆自己住一晚試試，另外酒店在裝修時不時還會傳來噪音，有問題請改正不要和我狡辯👎🏿，垃圾酒店不會再住第二次，請大家避坑，就是這間**的1111
